4 Android, please make sure it is connected to Wi-Fi/Data Pan. Your Phone options may vary so use this as a guideline. Click on Settings on your phone Click Accounts. Then click Add Account

Then click Add Account The setup screen will appear. Enter your GENPT and Password then click Manual setup: Example [email protected] Password - <your PC login>

Make sure the domain\username is in the format [email protected] (example: [email protected]). *If you do not have this ID Number contact your helpdesk support team *If Domain and Username are separate boxes in your version of Android, leave the Domain box empty, and type your full address in the Username box. Enter the Exchange Server to Outlook.office365.com Click Next. Click Accounts. Then click Add Account Ensure Used secure connection (SSL) box is checked and Use client certificate is unchecked If you get an Activation screen prompt Click OK [email protected]

On the home screen of the device navigate to the icon and select this icon Your company account will appear displaying the Inbox items by default You can review and respond to messages at this time. Older messages not shown will still be visible via Outlook or Outlook Web Access portal. The history visibility of the account can be changed on the settings

If not, enter your GENPT.COM address format as shown on the right Enter the Server information: outlook.office365.com *You can leave Domain empty *Leave the default description Field as it appears Enter your internal company ID with the following format [email protected] Leave the Description field default Then click Save On the next screen listing all the mailbox folder categories click Save

Once in your mailbox account you can view s within the Large Text categories. To view additional folders click on the triple button on the bottom right of the phone screen then select Folders *From this sub-menu you can also select settings and even add another account.

26 *Before setting up on desktop/laptop please make sure it is connected to the internet. Open Outlook 2010/2013 and a new Outlook Auto Account Setup screen should appear with the information auto-populated. From here continue to click next until finished If the information does not autopopulate, enter the information in the format shown on the right replacing it with your user name, address and password If you are still having connection issues contact service desk for additional configuration instructions
