2 Soft Token Installation and Logging into Citrix (Epic) using an RSA Soft Token A. For new RSA users: downloading & importing your RSA Soft Token 1. Open your internet browser and enter the following URL into your address bar: 2. This will bring you to the RSA Remote Access Setup webpage. In the middle of the page click on the image that says Soft Token: Click here to install. 3. If prompted to Run or Save the file, choose Run. The file will begin downloading. 4. Once the download completes the installer should launch automatically. Click Next 1

3 5. When prompted to select your region take the default choice and click Next. 6. Click the box that says I accept the terms and then hit Next. 2

4 7. Leave the default Setup Type as Typical and then click Next. 8. At next screen, click Install to begin the installation and watch as the software is loaded onto your machine. 3

5 9.. When complete, you must check the Launch RSA SecurID Token for Windows Desktop, then click Finish. 10. The Import Token screen will appear. Click on the link that says Import from Web. 4

6 **NOTE: You should have received an Activation Code from St. Joseph s IT staff. You will need to enter that code on the next screen. 11. Enter the Activation Code in the appropriate field as shown in the screenshot below. Then click OK. The activation code will only work ONE TIME. Reinstallations will require a new activation code to be created. **NOTE: If you do not get to the screen shown above, you likely have a firewall issue. Your IT representative must be told to open Port

7 13. You should be presented with a Security Alert screen. Click the Yes button to proceed. The token will then be imported. 14.You will see a screen telling you that the RSA Token has been imported successfully. Click the OK button. 4. The RSA SecurID application will launch. Click the X in the upper right hand corner to close the application. 5. Your Soft Token has now been imported successfully onto your computer. Please proceed to the next section where we will download the Citrix Receiver. 6

8 B. Downloading the Citrix receiver See Citrix Download Instructions C. Setting a PIN # & Logging into Citrix (Epic) 1. Open your internet browser and enter the following URL into your address bar: This will bring you to the St. Joseph s Hospital RSA Access Gateway. In the username field you need to enter your SJH Network username. * Username = first 4 letters of last name + last 4 # s of SS# *. In the password field you need to enter your SJH Network password. * First time Password = last 4 # s of SS# + first 4 letters of last name *(reverse of username) * You will be prompted to change this password shortly. * 2. Do not enter anything into the RSA field yet. We will come back to this page. 3. Launch the RSA SecurID Token software from your computer s Start menu, or locate the software by clicking on: Start-->All Programs--> RSA--> RSA SecurID Token--> 7

9 4. The RSA SecurID Token software will open. For your PIN, enter the default PIN of 0000 (four zeros) and then hit enter or click the right arrow to advance. 5. Your temporary tokencode will be displayed. It resets every 60 seconds so we recommend waiting until it refreshes, and then click the Copy button. 6. Return to the webpage we were just on, the St. Joseph s Hospital RSA Access Gateway. Right click your mouse in the field labeled RSA (see below) and then click Paste. Your 8 digit passcode will be entered into the field. 8

10 7. Click the Log On button 8. If you ve never logged in with your SJH network username before, you will be prompted to set a new password for the account. *You will need to remember this password. Your new password you create MUST be different from the default password you have been given, otherwise you will run into issues* Enter your new password and then hit Submit. 9. The next screen you see will ask you to re-enter the new password you just created. Please enter the password again and then click Submit. This is your new SJH network password that you will use every time you log in to Citrix. 9

11 10. You will be prompted to create a new PIN for your RSA Soft Token. *You will need to remember this PIN* Enter a 4-8 digit PIN # in the field as shown then click Submit. 11. Please enter your PIN # again for confirmation 10

12 12. You will be taken to a page asking you for your new passcode. 13. Go back to the RSA SecurID Token software. It may still be open your computer s taskbar as shown below. If so, click on it. 14. If the RSA SecurID Token software is not visible on your taskbar you can find it through the start menu. Start-->All Programs--> RSA--> RSA SecurID Token--> 11

13 15. If you see the following screen, click Re-enter PIN 16. You will see this screen. Enter your newly created PIN # and hit enter or click the right arrow. 17. Your temporary tokencode will be displayed. It resets every 60 seconds so we recommend waiting until it refreshes, and then click the Copy button. 18. Return to the Citrix (Epic) webpage that was requesting your new passcode. Right click your mouse in the available field and then click Paste. Your 8 digit passcode will be entered into the field. 19. Click Submit 12
