CLAIRE ATTARD I decided to register for the ILM Diploma in Leadership and Management after much research and review of other such types of training provided by other organisations. The different teaching styles were engaging and superbly informative as the entire class was able to integrate the course material into their own daytoday operations. The workbased assignments were related to my work which made it easier to apply the knowledge and skills learnt. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to improve their management skills and be more efficient and effective at the place of work. MARK PARRETTI I attended the Building a Website course and describe it as a very positive experience. Prior to enrolling on this course I had only a rough idea of the technical part of building a website. Yet now that I have completed the course I feel that it has provided me with a sound technical foundation that has led me to improve my abilities and expertise within my area of work. I highly recommend the course to anyone who is seriously looking to take their technical skills and talent to the next level. DAVID HUNTLEY KATHLEEN CASSAR I completed the Interior Design and Decoration Course Level 1 and loved every minute of it! During my enrolment in this course I was renovating my house and this helped me to make the right choices. The lecturer used to deliver a detailed explanation about the topic in discussion that was supplemented by notes for better understanding of the subject. Practical sessions were also included for theory application. Thanks to this course I now have a rich, even deeper level of appreciation and understanding of great design. Today, everywhere I look, I find inspiration all around me. I followed the Electrical Installation course and found the lessons to be very informative and the handson practical sessions extremely useful. Our instructor, Mr Mizzi, was very knowledgeable and approachable and connected very well with his students. I found his methods of teaching very easy to follow given that there was a mixture of language barriers and different skill levels amongst the students in the class. This course has provided me with the knowledge to tackle electrical installations with confidence and this has helped me on my daytoday work as a maintenance electrician. As a mature student I would recommend the experience to others, you are never too old to learn new skills or enhance the one s you have! www.mcast.edu.mt/shortcourses T: 2398 7103 / 2398 7116 E: shortcourses@mcast.edu.mt
