Code Deficiencies Toilet rooms and fixtures not ADA compliant. No ADA accessibility to existing classrooms. No automatic sprinkler system and out of date fire alarm. MEP System Deficiencies Outdated intercom and clock systems Outdated Technology (no infrastructure for WiFi and teaching technology). HVAC, no air conditioning. Building Interior Deficiencies Lighting does not meet current BCPS / code lighting standards. Kitchen equipment outdated. Elevator does not serve all levels and is not ADA compliant.
