MEP System Deficiencies Outdated intercom and clock systems Outdated Technology (no infrastructure for WiFi and teaching technology). HVAC, no air conditioning. Building Interior Deficiencies Lighting does not meet current BCPS / code lighting standards. Kitchen equipment outdated. Elevator does not serve all levels and is not ADA compliant. Graphics Communication Lab Broadcast & Project Lead The Way (PLTW) Bio Lab Special Ed Classrooms are Undersized: No support spaces Located in the corridor by gymnasium. Music Program: Undersized Lacking the required support spaces. Physical Education: Weight room is located in an unventilated space Area is only accessible from outside. Art program: Original to facility Lacking support spaces. 18

Special Education: Relocation of Special Ed program. Music: Provide full music program. Art Program: Renovation of Graphic Arts program.
