All future sanitary piping installed on this project MUST be installed below grade beams stub ups shall be sleeved through grade beams. General or Electrical contractor shall provide photos to engineer of ALL power and communications duct banks prior to concrete encasement. Contractor shall use factory provided conduit openings for the power and communications compartments. Contractor is advised not to install power and communications conduits in same compartment provided in floor boxes. 2/11/2013 Electrical contractor is advised to coordinate above ceilings conduit stub out elevations with Mechanical contractor to prevent conflicts with conduit and duct work. 2/11/2013 Electrical shall provide a detailed layout of ALL electrical rooms based on the equipment that will be used on this project. See specification section (A4) 2/11/2013 Electrical is also reminded that ALL above ceiling Voice/Data conduits shall be stubbed out into corridors and extended to cable tray. See communications legend and electrical drawings E3.1, E3.2, and E3.3 for cable tray locations 2/11/2013 Electrical contractor has NOT submitted ALL items required in specification section (A). ALL items listed in this section MUST be submitted for engineers review. We are concerned if these submittals are not provided to engineer for review ASAP this could delay the completion of this project. 2/11/2013 Electrical contractor is reminded that ALL conduits rising from slab MUST be rigid steel. 2/11/2013 Electrical contractor did NOT appear to have installed a 2 conduit raceway from panel MDP for exterior grounding TRIAD as advised in field observation report # 1 electrical item # 6. See photo #1 below. 2/11/2013 Electrical is advised to support conduits penetrating slab. It appeared conduits rising from slab in random locations were NOT installed plumb and straight. It appeared the feeder conduits for panel MDP were installed to close together for grounding bushings to be installed. Electrical shall remove concrete and straighten these conduits in exposed locations. 2/11/2013

Remove the concrete floor as required to repair the broken fitting. 2/11/2013 Plumbing contractor shall provide proper adhesive where domestic piping insulation appeared to be 4/16/2013 separating. It was noted that in wall rough-in boxes and conduit were NOT installed for thermostats and humidistat 5/4/2013 serving common areas in North and South classroom wings. Plumbing contractor shall provide insulated cast iron 7/5/2013 pipe and P traps in ALL return air plenums. Sprinkler contractor has installed sprinkler pipe under duct opening in Hall 407 South classroom wing. 7/15/2013 Contractor shall relocate sprinkler line. 22 Electrical Pryor & Morrow Jose Arellano Electrical contractor had installed cable tray under duct opening in Hall 407. These filters MUST be checked on a daily bases and replaced as needed.
