Business Partners Mobile App User Guide Version 2.0 Revised March 21, 2014 Overview The Business Partners mobile app was designed to assist in member marketing, communications, and activity management and reporting. The app has many features for both members and nonmembers. Everyone can view the membership directory and interact directly with members from their mobile device. Members have additional capabilities to record and review their membership activities. This guide provides an overview of the features available in the mobile app. The screenshots in this guide are from an ipad. Screens may look a little different on your device.

Main Screen After the splash screen, the first screen you will see is the Member Directory. From this screen you view Member Details, read about Business Partners (About Us), or if you are a member, Log In.

About Us The About Us screen provides information about Business Partners and allows you to visit our website.

Member Details Touching on a member in the Member Directory will take you to the Member Details screen. You have several options on this screen.

Member Details Options Once on the Member Details screen, you may perform the following functions: Touching this icon allows you to visit the member s website. Touching this icon allows you to call the member (on an iphone). Touching this icon allows you to e-mail the member. Touching this icon allows you to e-mail the member s details to someone else. Touching this icon allows you to save the member s information to your contacts. Touching this icon allows you to see the member s business location on a map.

Member Features Members may log in and utilize the member activity features. Login Touch Log In to log in with your Username and Password. Once you are logged in, you will see additional menu options:

Member Activity The Activity screen allows you to view your activity or the chapter s activity for any date range desired. Simply select the Begin Date and End Date and hit the Submit button.

Chapter Activity Chapter Activity can be viewed the same way by sliding the Chapter Activity? switch to on.

Member/Chapter Activity Results Upon submitting the member or chapter activity dates, you will see the activity report.

My Leads The My Leads screen allows you to see all of the Leads you have been given. Touching a Lead will take you to the Lead Details screen.

Lead Details On the Lead Details screen, you can view the Lead information, call the Lead, e-mail the Lead, or go to the Member Details of the member that gave you the Lead.

Meeting The Meeting screen allows you see when the next meeting is, check into the meeting, pick a winner for that meeting, and add a guest. Touching Pick a Winner will return a randomly selected member from those that have checked into that meeting:

If it is not a day that has a meeting scheduled, the check in and pick a winner options on this screen will be disabled.

Add a Guest To add a guest, touch the Add a Guest button. The Add Guest screen below will be displayed.

You should always search to see if the person you want to record as a guest is already in the database. When you touch the search area, the screen will display existing people. As you type the list will filter based on what you type. If you find the person, just touch their name.

If you do not find the person in the database, you may touch the Create New Person button. On the following screen, enter all the information that you know. First and last name are required (required fields are indicated with an *).

When you get to the Add Company button, if the person belongs to a company, touch that button to search or create their company. If they do not belong to a company, you can move past this step. You should always search to see if the company you are looking for is already in the database. When you touch the search area, the screen will display existing companies. As you type the list will filter based on what you type. If you find the company, just touch the name.

If you do not find the company you are looking for, you may touch the Create New Company button. Complete all the required information (indicated with an *) and touch the Save button. You will then be returned to the Add Guest screen.

Finish adding the guest by choosing the meeting, selecting if you want the system to send them an e- mail reminder and touching the Create Person button. If you selected the wrong company, you can remove it by touching the red X (see below).

Add a FaceTime Adding a FaceTime is very easy. Go to the Members screen, select the member you had a FaceTime with, and touch the FaceTime icon it looks like this: That opens the Add FaceTime screen. Simply select the date of your FaceTime and touch the Add FaceTime button.

Give a Lead to Another Member To give a lead to another member, go to the Members screen, select the member you want to give the lead to and touch the Give a Lead icon it looks like this: Giving a lead is very similar to adding a guest. You can search for people and companies or create them in the same manner. See the Add a Guest section above for detailed instructions. Once you have selected/created your person, choose the lead strength and add any comments. Then touch the Give the Lead button to send that lead to the other member.

Add a CashFlow To add a CashFlow, go to the Members screen, select the member that the CashFlow came from and touch the CashFlow icon it looks like this: That opens the Add CashFlow screen. Simply select the date of the CashFlow, enter the dollar amount and tier, and touch the Add CashFlow button.
