Simple 10 Minute Phone System Setup Jazinga guides you through a simple 3 step process to setup your phone system. Plug your system into your network Simply plug your Jazinga device and any desk phones that you intend to use into your office network. Once powered on, the Jazinga system will detect your phones and provision them for use. Or simply download and use the free Jazinga Android or iphone app. Navigate to the Jazinga setup web page provided with your system to begin your setup. You re all set. Step 1 - Add people to your system The first step is to add the people who will have extensions on your phone system. E- mail addresses are required to uniquely identify each person and to send him or her their voicemail. Assign appropriate phone(s) to each person by selecting them from the autopopulated pull down list of auto-discovered phones. Once successfully added to the system, each person receives a welcome e-mail with instructions on how to complete their personal settings. Step 2 - Add telephone service to your system Once all required people have been added to the system, you need to setup your phone service and determine how you want calls handled. Jazinga will route calls to an automated attendant by default. The auto-attendant will greet your callers by instructing them to enter the extension they wish to reach, or to press # to connect to your company directory. Your auto-attendant operation and recorded message can easily be customized. Calls can also bypass the auto-attendant completely and directly call an extension. Step 3 - Publish your setup The Jazinga phone system is configured using an Internet website. Once you have configured or made any changes that you would like to institute, simply click the Publish button on the screen and your system is ready. Whenever you want to make any additions or changes to your system, simply login to the website again, make your changes, and then Publish to finalize them. Changes can easily be discarded simply by choosing not to Publish. 4

Whether you have a virtual office with colleagues working from different locations, or you just happen to be out of the office at the moment, you can still make and receive calls through your Jazinga phone system just as if you were sitting at a desk in your office. When a call is placed to your extension on the system, any phone that is associated with you will ring. That could be your desk phone, mobile phone, PC running phone software, or your smartphone. You determine if you want all of the phones to ring simultaneously, or if, for example, your mobile phone should only ring after first ringing your desk phone. When you need to make a call, use your desk phone, your PC or your smart phone running the Jazinga softphone app to make calls utilizing your Jazinga phone system. The calls will be completed using your office phone service rather than your mobile minutes saving you money. Also, calls to others on the system can be made by simply dialing their extension. When placing a call using Jazinga's softphone apps, the person receiving the call will see the same caller ID information as if you had called from your office desk phone.
