CALL MANAGERS The Call Manager offers an integrated call handling service and is included with each extension. We also provide a premium version that allows the ability to apply more flexible rules, daily and weekly call handling scheduling and delivers more detailed configuration options. EXTENSIONS Each Extension is provided with a telephone number and extension number. Also included with each extension is voic with notifications, custom greetings, an inbound call manager to set answering rules, advanced call forwarding, instant messaging, a desktop client for managing your desk phone, and a softphone.
