Convening Higher Education Leaders in 2015 2015 JOINT WORKFORCE SYMPOSIUM AND APSCU HILL DAY Washington, DC The Liaison Capitol Hill Hotel Expected Attendance: 130 C-Level leaders of institutions and workforce thought leaders The State of the Workforce Symposium: Emerging Trends in the Workforce and Workplace March 2-3, 2015 The 2015 State of the Workforce Symposium will explore emerging occupations and critical skill demands for the next three years, giving participants valuable insight into student preparation for the future. Together with thought leaders in the field, attendees will explore the skills the new workforce/workplace will require, occupational areas of growth, moving prospective employees from education to employment and key insights into what is needed in postsecondary career education. STRATEGIC SPONSORSHIPS Chairman - President - Director - Advocate APSCU s Strategic Sponsors play a vital year-long role in successfully executing APSCU s many programs, events and communication initiatives. Strategic sponsors are present throughout all APSCU s programs on a year-round basis including webinars, the annual convention, communications vehicles, marketing programs, the Workforce Symposium and Hill Day, and the APSCU Leadership Institute. ANNUAL CONVENTION SPONSORSHIPS NETWORKING RECEPTION - $25,000 (THREE AVAILABLE) Your organization will have the opportunity to host one of three networking receptions. The receptions take place in the exhibit hall (APSCU Campus). These evening events will provide opportunities for networking, connecting, sharing, and introductions. Each networking event will provide opportunities to build on the activities taking place at the convention. Your organization name and logo will appear throughout the event and in all marketing materials as the primary host for the networking reception. CEO TRACK - $25,000 Become a partner for the CEO Track with an opportunity to connect your organization to top level attendees at the convention. A session moderator will acknowledge your partnership. A display of sponsor provided promotional materials and signs with your organization s name and logo will be located near the CEO track session room. Sponsor will have one five minute introductory remark during one session and moderate one panel discussion. WI-FI CONNECTIVITY - $20,000 Get everyone connected as the official convention Wi-Fi sponsor. Logo recognition will be included in all locations where the Wi-Fi password is listed including the final program and the agenda pocket guide. CHARGING STATION - $20,000 Provide charging stations with your logo in strategic locations throughout the convention for attendees to charge their mobile devices. CLASSROOM OF THE FUTURE - $20,000 APSCU will introduce the Classroom of the Future at the 2015 convention. APSCU will work closely with the sponsor to design and fabricate this futuristic learning environment. This space will be home to Learning Lab sessions which are 30 minute learning segments presented by convention exhibitors and located in the exhibit hall (APSCU Campus). The sponsor of the Classroom will also be guaranteed one Learning Lab presentation. Classroom furnishings not included with sponsorship investment. *Please note additional exhibitors have the opportunity to host a presentation in the space. NAME BADGE HOLDERS - $12,000 Company logo will be displayed on the name badge holder which all registrants will receive. (Name badge required for entrance at all convention events.) MOBILE APP - $10,000 Company name and logo will be included in the convention s official mobile app available for all attendees to download. The app includes schedule and session information. The sponsors receives special recognition in the final program and agenda pocket guide. SOCIAL MEDIA SPONSOR - $10,000 Social media feeds will be streamed on monitors throughout the convention for all attendees to view and respond. The social media monitors will be co-branded with APSCU and the social media sponsor. EDUCATION TRACK SPONSOR (FOUR CONCURRENT SESSIONS) - $10,000 Become a partner for a concurrent session with an opportunity to connect your organization to a specific issue. The session moderator will acknowledge your partnership. A display of sponsor provided promotional materials and signs with your organization s name and logo will be located near the session room. Sponsor will have one three minute introductory remark during one session. NETWORKING LOUNGE - $10,000 EACH Designated space with unique furnishings located throughout the exhibit floor (APSCU Campus). CONFERENCE PORTFOLIO - $7,500 Proudly display your organization name and logo by sponsoring the attendee portfolio. COFFEE BREAK - $7,500 Sponsor a coffee break in the exhibit hall during the annual convention. Sponsorship includes logo placement on beverage stations and napkins. NOTEBOOKS AND PENS - $5,000 Each attendee will receive a notebook with a pen as part of their convention portfolio. LEARNING LAB - $3,000 EACH A Learning Lab is a sponsored presentation that takes place in the Classroom of the Future during program breaks. Audiovisual equipment included in sponsorship. PORTFOLIO INSERT - $2,500 EACH Opportunity for one flyer or give away displaying your company message included in the convention portfolio. WHAT S NEW EMAIL BLAST - $1,500 APSCU will send a one time pre-convention email blast to all registered attendees. This eblast will feature up to eight exhibiting companies. APSCU CAMPUS The exhibit hall transformed into a networking & learning center This year, APSCU attendees have the opportunity to engage, network, and collaborate as they explore the APSCU Campus.
