Scalable, secure and easy-to-use web conference Lindenbaum Web Conference is a secure and reliable web conferencing solution with desktop video for carriers and conference service providers. This comprehensive application provides desktop sharing on any participant s PC or laptop. Additionally, the right to edit the shared application or desktop can be granted to any participant. So employees, business partners and customers work together easily. The web conferencing tool can be used either as stand-alone or with audio conferences as well. Anywhere and anytime. Web conferencing enables companies to save travel costs. In addition to sharing and working on documents, online file sharing on the fly (up & download) and embedded desktop video, you can improve teamwork at the same time. Lindenbaum Web Conference is independent from devices. Access is possible from PC (Win, Mac), Tablet (ipadtm, AndroidTM) or smartphone (iphonetm AndroidTM). Plus, the WebClient enables participation with any web browser that supports HTML and Java Script. This allows participation in a conference session with any terminal devices on platforms such as Windows, Mac or Linux with mobile equipment like iphone, MDA, PDA and Netbooks. Whether in conjunction with a cloud service or the use of an on-premise solution renowned European carriers and conference service providers rely on our solutions. Usability - Ease of use Easy and intuitive use Lindenbaum Web Conference is easy and intuitive to use. Booking a session is as easy as booking a conference call. Starting the session needs only a single click. During the session, all web conferencing functions are condensed in one sidebar that allows access to all the services with a simple click. Automatic language adaptation The modules automatically adapt to the language of your selected operating system, if that language is already available in the online collaboration tool. If the language is not yet supported, English will be used. Multi-screen possibility Access to PCs with multiple monitors is possible. The user decides whether he or she wants to see one or all of them. For usability purposes, however, we recommend using one screen only. Choosing applications Necessary applications, e.g. the web browser, can be marked with a checkmark to become available. The same thing can be done with the desktop. Automatic reconnection In case of network problems and disconnection, the Lindenbaum web conference tool will automatically create a new connection when the network is available again. No installation or configuration The user simply starts the module, e.g. with a click on the link in the invitation email, and is connected to the session. Desktop video / video With the video transfer, you can show your webcam images during the session. Important features include the choice of video quality as well as video source and performance-based transmission control. Each user only receives the amount of images which suits their capacity. The video technology is based on the H.264 codec, which supports superior video quality with very low bandwidth consumption. Whiteboard The whiteboard function allows users to underline important aspects of a presentation and to create sketches on a virtual flipchart, with the ability to save the result as a bitmap file for later use.

Chat Chat allows participants to communicate via text messages with any other or certain participants. Recording sessions The web conference session can be recorded and stored. They are available in the conference management tool as video file (.AVI). Audio conference The Lindenbaum audio conference service is a part of the web conference service. However, two versions exist; one for business conferencing and another for reservationless conferencing. Audio and web conferences share the same access code. Conference moderators have the ability to mute the audio participation lines or to reduce the background noise on the calls. VoIP (Voice over IP) The VoIP solution offers you the possibility to communicate via the VoIP application. The availability of the VoIP solution depends on the based audio conferencing system. File sharing Users can upload documents during the session and can specify users who are allowed to download these files. Conference management Among other functions, the browser-based conference management tool provides overview, booking and management as well as an invitation service by email. Recordings and the participant list can be downloaded after the conference. Session password Sessions can be password protected. To join a secure session, the participant must enter the correct session password. Choosing applications to share The moderator can define which of his or her applications will be shown to others in the conference. This is done by marking the applications in the control box with a checkmark. Preview monitor The preview monitor allows the moderator to see what the participants can see. HTTP protocoll with SSL encryption The WebClient enables participation in a FastViewer session with any Web browser that supports HTML and Java Script. It is secured using SSL encryption. Black & white list Protect your sensitive data against unintended access by blocking any applications via the customer portal (black list). You can also create a list of applications that are permitted (white list). Web conference is ended if the audio conference ends Optionally, for security reasons the end of the audio conference also shuts down the web conference. Technical details No configuration required Lindenbaum collaboration reads the proxy settings automatically, so no configuration is necessary. Just start your module and establish the connection.
