UCS brings a rich and powerful Unified Communications experience to today s small to medium sized business. UCS is simple to deploy and operate, is priced for the SMB and can be integrated with enterprise software packages such as Microsoft Outlook, ACT!, GoldMine and others. Easy to access and activate The intuitive and consistent user interface lets employees quickly and easily adopt UCS tools to enhance their daily communications. Registered users can activate their UCS desktop client by downloading the client application from the UCS server to quickly enjoy the enriched communication experience delivered by ipecs UCS while in the office. The UCS mobile client can be downloaded from the respective app stores. Single server solution The ipecs UCS server simply connects to the ipecs voice platform over any IP network. This means fast user database set-up and quick deployment. Secure webbased server management allows convenient and full-featured remote access via web browser. IP bridge, interactive call pop-up, scheduled dial, call assistance are all also available. Individual call routing Multiple scenario editing, incoming DID filtering. Time zone-based routing, flexible destination assignment and presencebased call routing. Server related features Client usage statistics, server status monitoring and administrator notice with log management. Contact management Private and shared directories are synchronized with contact management software to allow quick access to place calls as well as deliver full contact information when receiving calls.
