PRACTICALITIES All guests receive a name tag and information package on their arrival. Please make sure you know when and where your first part of the programme is, and check how you can get there from the transportation list. Transportation Please note that buses leave from hotel Vaakuna but always drive via Cumulus, Scandic and Amado hotels as well. It is important to be in time when the transportation leaves.
