Herewith, you can find more information on the seminar. Enclosed you will find the conference programme together with all practical arrangements concerning your stay in Ostend. May we kindly ask you to already register to obtain a PIC before attending the conference, as applicant organisations need a Participant Identification Code (PIC) in the Erasmus+ programme. We make all arrangements with the hotel. * You can find the hotel on the map enclosed. * You can find a city map of Ostend. You have 4 trains per hour: every hour + 5 min. / 17 min. / 38 min. / 57 min. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to arrive in Ostend. * In Ostend, you can reach the hotel by foot in 15 minutes. The hotel is situated 1,2 km from the station. Or you can go by taxi. You find the taxis at the front of the station. * If you arrive by car, you can park in the pay parking underneath the hotel. 2. Programme * On Wednesday 2 December at 18h45, all participants meet at the reception desk of the hotel in order to go together to the restaurant. * On Thursday evening, there will be a participants fair. The aim of the fair is to give the other participants an image of your school or organization. You present your school or organisation and its international activities, if any, by means of a stand. Therefore every participant can bring some material, like brochures, pictures, souvenirs and papers of international projects. Internet connection is provided. You can also present the region where the school is situated. Some regional specialities are always very much appreciated at the participants fair! 4.
