You can also use Bus 42, 69, 82, 87 - Champ de Mars stop Le Procope: 13 rue de l Ancienne Comédie Paris Metro Odéon Meeting point: at the entrance of the restaurant - See Map 4 Speakers: The talks will be allocated the following times: -50 minutes for our Honorary speaker (45' + 5' for questions) -30 minutes for our Invited speakers (25'+ 5' for questions) -20 minutes for contributed talks (15'+ 5' minutes for questions) All visual presentations will use the projection equipment (digital projector and PC running Microsoft PowerPoint) provided by the conference. Speakers should upload their PowerPoint file before the beginning of the session, in which they are scheduled, during the Welcome Cocktail, the registration, the poster sessions or the lunches or coffee breaks. Speakers should be present at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the session in order to introduce themselves to the session Chair. Posters: Participants who have been selected for a poster presentation are invited to install their posters the morning between 8:00 9:00 of the session day and to get it back at the end of the day between 18:00 18:30. Posters still in place will be withdraw by SOLEIL staff and kept at the registration desk.
