Each week there is a 45-minute semi private lesson with 6 skaters of similar abilities, then five 15 minute solo practice times. Once every six weeks your skater will have a 15 minute private lesson to further refine their specific skills. There is a weekly 20 minute off-ice dry land work out upstairs working on jumps, spirals, and landing positions. Must at least have passed USFS Basic 4 and between ages 7 to 14 to skate. This fun class has the ice divided up into different levels by ability to progress at their own pace. Be sure to arrive 20 minutes early to allow dress time for your new hockey player.
