Fiebig, District Ten Pennsylvania Administrator and Randy Schmidt Director of the 2016 Senior Little League State Tournament Upon receiving this information, fellow D.A. s, please give it to your respective District winners so they have it if they win their section. All the information needed for your winners is included in this packet. As those of you know, this information is a great help to cut down on the incoming phone calls on the night before the players are to be at the site. At this tournament, all players will abide by the curfews and other rules set up by the tournament persons or they will be sent home accompanied by the Senior League Official in attendance for their respective league. We, District 10 Little League Baseball, are very proud of our record the past THIRTY-SIX years and we will not jeopardize this for any player, coach, manager or any League Official. We will be playing baseball in accordance with the ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY. No one will harass any of the players because they are only children, and it s our job to protect them. And, as in the past, WE WILL ONLY hold one room per team and this will be for the Manager and Coach. Please let me know in advance if you plan to attend. The team or the league will be responsible for payment. Please be aware that the Shower s Field Complex is Tobacco Free, as well Sunflower Seeds and Chewing Gum are not permitted due to the Artificial Turf. 3 PENNSYLVANIA STATE SENIOR DIVISION LITTLE LEAGUE TOURNAMENT SITE DUBOIS LITTLE LEAGUE SHOWERS FIELD DUBOIS, PA JULY 12, 2016 TUESDAY 1. Check-in times for Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 are at Showers Field between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Check-in times for Sections 5, 6, 7 and 8 are between 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. All team check ins will be at Showers Field. During check-in times, you will receive a brief rundown on the Tournament by the director, Randy Schmidt. Equipment will be checked at this time. Make sure your packet is with you and up to date it will be handed in and checked also. A MANDATORY MEETING WITH ALL TEAMS AND COACHES WILL BE AT AN AREA TO BE DESIGNATED. IF CHECK IN IS ON WEDNESDAY MORNING CONTACT RANDY. 2. All teams will have to take care of their own motel accommodations. (Managers and Coaches will be RESERVED one room per team, if needed.) Managers & coaches SEE ATTACHED MOTEL INFO JULY 13, 2016 WEDNESDAY 1. Game #1 will start at on the Main field with 15 minutes infield for each team, starting at 12:30 PM. 2. Game #2 will start at on the Main Field with 15 minutes of infield for each team, starting at 3:30 PM 3. Game #3 will start at on the Main Field with 15 minutes of infield for each team, starting at 6:30 PM 4. All throwing warm ups practice will take place on the Jr./Sr. field at the City Park. Batting cages will be available at the following times for hour and half durations: 1:00 Games: one team in the Sr. Cage and one in the Senior League Field at 10:30 AM 2:00 Games: one team in the Sr. Cage and one in the Senior League Field at 11:30 AM 4:00 Games: one team in the Sr. Cage and one in the Senior League Field at 1:30 PM 7:00 Games: one team in the Sr. Cage and one in the Senior League Field at 4:30 PM 5. Dinners will be served at the Left Field Multi-Purpose Building for all players from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday through Sunday. 6. The Hospitality Room will be at the Club House upstairs. ADULTS ONLY AFTER THE GAMES ON WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY and SATURDAY. 7. CURFEW IS AT 12:00 MIDNIGHT FOR ALL PLAYERs - NO EXCEPTIONS. ***IF YOUR MANAGER SETS AN EARLIER CURFEW TIME, PLEASE RESPECT YOUR MANAGERS DECISION!!***

The Pennsylvania Champion will be determined by the winner of the winner's bracket. ** The DuBois Little League and the Pennsylvania District Ten takes great pride in the fact that this is District Ten s 36th consecutive year for hosting this great tournament. With the help of all the teams involved, there is no reason why this year s tournament can t be the best. We are always open to suggestions from other districts and leagues.
