Otherwise, the student will pay the normal (usually higher) tuition. HOME SCHOOL OPEN GYM POLICIES AND PRIVILEGES Open Gym is available for free to all families whose children are enrolled in at least one Home-School class, on the same day on which the class is taught. There is a $70/month package for Open Gym (discounted to $60 for September) also offered to families whose children are enrolled in at least one Home-School class. This package allows a family to come to any weekday Open Gym (except on Camp weeks), M-F 9:30 AM-2:30 PM. HOWEVER, parents are asked to remain on the premises while their kids are at NESA. Furthermore, for children under Age 5, parents must ACCOMPANY their children if they go into the big gym. All children, regardless of age, must be healthy when using the gym and to know when they need to use the bathroom and how to ask. The drop-off privilege is restricted to children ONLY age 10 and up. If parents with younger kids need to drop them off, we will consider their request on a probationary basis before approving it on a regular basis. Furthermore, parents MUST inform us in advance of ANY intent to drop their kids off, regardless of age. FINALLY, as always, children must be well-behaved while in the gym, and must obey all safety directives and guidelines as well as avoid interfering with any classes going on in their vicinity. We hope these policies will maintain a safe and fun environment for Open Gym for everyone. Thanks very much and we hope to see more of you at Open Gym down the road. Nicholas P. Sterling, Ph.D. NESA, Home-School Program Director
