Terms And Conditions Christmas Party Nights Provisional Booking A provisional booking will be held for 14 days at which time the relevant deposit is required. If the event falls within 14 days full payment is required within 48 hours of the booking being made. If the booking is not confirmed after 14 days the booking shall be released without notice. The Hotel is under no obligation to extend the booking, unless so confirmed by both parties. Payment A payment of 20 per person must be received on confirmation of the booking. Please be advised that this is non-refundable and non-transferable. Full pre-payment is required one month in advance. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking if full pre-payment is not received one month prior to the event. Proof of payment can only be confirmed on production of a valid receipt. In the event of a cancellation or reduction of numbers, money (deposit or full payment) cannot be offset against other services ie. beverage, wine or accommodation. Additional numbers will only be catered for subject to availability. Accommodation Bookings and rates are subject to availability. All bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card or deposit. A deposit of 50% of the booking value is required at the time of booking, with the full pre-payment due one month in advance. Please be advised that this is non-refundable and non-transferable. For group bookings of 10 or more bedrooms a contract will be issued stating terms and conditions.
