HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE (HDPE) SHEATHING COMPOUND HDP 333 UV Black (CACT Approved) HDP- 333 UV Black is a High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) compound developed to be used for sheathing of Fiber Optic Cables (OFC) / PIJF & Power cables. It has been formulated with necessary additives and processing aid to achieve good extrusion. The incorporation of 2.5% of Carbon black gives the UV and light stabilization required for the compound and the cables it is used on. APPLICATIONS: HDP 333 UV is suitable for sheathing of Optic Fibre Cables (OFC) / PIJF / Power cables. SL. It is formulated to give excellent finish and good ESCR properties. Well-dispersed carbon black makes the product weather and ultraviolet radiation resistant. APPLICATION: LLP - 222 is suitable for sheathing of Jelly filled telecom cable. It is formulated to give excellent finish and good ESCR properties. Well-dispersed carbon black makes the product weather and ultraviolet radiation resistant. APPLICATION: MDP - 777 is suitable for sheathing of Power Cables, ABC Conductors & Jelly filled telecom cable. The compound confirms to BS 6234 Type 03C: TS2, EN 50290-2-4 & IEC 60840, Type ST3 & ST7.
