1 1) Product Description: SD-0150 GENERAL PURPOSE ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) (TA) General Purpose ABS, SD 0150 grade, is a rigid thermoplastic with good processing characteristics. All tests are carried out at 23 unless otherwise stated. The above data are typical laboratory average. They are intended to serve as guide only. 4) Processing Condition: SD-0150 ABS granules absorbs moisture from atmosphere, with a rate depending on temperature and humidity. It is recommended that the material be dried in a dehumidifying dryer at 80 C to 85 C for 2-4 hours, prior to use.avoid excessive melt temperatures and long residence time, as they may cause thermal degradation. Processing temperatures are recommended to be at 190 C C for cylinder, and 40 C - 80 C for mold. SD-0150 ABS can be processed under different conditions based on machinery available and articles molded. It is a high flow extrusion grade with high impact strength at ambient temperature and considerable impact strength at low temperatures. This grade has a wide processing window. 2) Applications: SH extrusion grade is mainly used for parts which need significant impact resistance. Since thin sheets can be vacuum formed, it is an appropriate grade for general sheets. 3) Typical Data 2

It has low flow with high impact strength at ambient temperature and considerable impact strength at low temperatures. This grade has a wide processing window. 2) Applications: SV-0157 extrusion grade is mainly used for parts which need significant impact resistance.
