By convening HIT leaders, policy makers, leading providers, federal and state grantees, and other professionals, this collaborative effort has advanced policies and initiatives aligning with the national healthcare strategy. INNOVATION, EXCHANGE, AND ENGAGEMENT PAVILIONS - Space is limited! This year the Summit will feature Pavilion Solution Tables. These cost-effective exhibiting spaces are made available to organizations with new and emerging solutions, products, services and/or strategies that advance one of the summit themes. This year s pavilion program will focus on: Exchange: Solution Tables in the Exchange Pavilion demonstrate innovative ways they support creation, exchange and re-use of healthcare information such as health information exchange solutions, integration engines, services that support integration, or others to help connect community long-term and post-acute care and services across the continuum. Innovation: Solution Tables in the Innovation Pavilion demonstrate technologies that promote health and wellness or strategies to improve outcomes for the individual or community. This Pavilion also includes new (or more effective) tools and ideas in diagnostics, monitoring, machine learning, and more. Engagement: Solution Tables in the Engagement Pavilion demonstrate technologies, social media, or other tools that support patient engagement, education, or outreach/communication.
PAVILION SOLUTION TABLE FEES: $800: table only, no internet or electric $1000: table with internet and electric *Pavilion registration includes meals and access to sessions for one pavilion staff. Shipping and A/V are the sole responsibility of the participant. No audio visual equipment or shipping arrangements are included in the pavilion price. The Summit program includes exclusive speaking opportunities on Tuesday, June 28 in the Innovation, Exchange and Engagement Track between 8:15 a.m. and 1:45 p.m. on the Exhibit Hall Stage. We are inviting all pavilion participants and exhibitors to submit an abstract on their new and emerging solutions, products, services and/or strategies. To submit your proposal for consideration, please complete the form on the next page. Your session proposal should focus on the clinical or business case that was the underlying need or driver for your new or emerging solutions, products, services, and/or strategies. Each session will be allotted 8-12 minutes.
