LOW IMPACT/ BEGINNER FITNESS: Beginner s Yoga: Come explore the basics of yoga. This class is perfect for beginner students, seniors or someone interested in exploring the foundations of the practice in a gentle manner. Restorative Yoga: A gentle yoga class using props and modifications; designed to restore the mind, body and spirit. Ideal for those with chronic or acute injuries or conditions, anyone new to yoga and anyone with joint or muscle issues. Appropriate for pre/postnatal women. Yoga for Osteo: Yoga postures adapted specifically for those seeking to prevent or manage osteopenia & osteoporosis. CLASS DESCRIPTIONS BY FITNESS LEVEL Fusion: Pilates and stretching together in a class format that flows from one discipline to the other seamlessly. Mind Body Yoga: Weekend yoga of various formats that will leave you relaxed and refreshed. Power Hour: A challenging class designed to incorporate physical and breathing exercises to isometrically increase strength in both mind and body. Yoga: Yoga is an excellent way to stretch & strengthen the body, focus the mind and relax the spirit. Yoga Flow: Fluid yoga class linking poses together in a Flow type of format. INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED FITNESS: Mixed Level Flow: Intermediate to advanced movements synchronized with the breath. This class will include sun salutations, standing postures, seated postures, pranayama and meditation. Classes are subject to change and are reviewed carefully on a monthly basis as the schedule will ebb & flow throughout the year. New classes are trialed during busy seasons. Long-term success is based primarily on attendance, demand and instructor availability.

LOW IMPACT/ BEGINNER FITNESS: Bones & Balance: A combination of low impact weight bearing exercises, balance and gentle full body strengthening exercises; appropriate for participants with osteopenia or osteoporosis. Flexible Fitness: This class offers a variety of standing, sitting & floor stretching exercises. Great Beginnings: Low level class using bands, weights, chairs and slow movements to increase strength, cardiovascular fitness and improve balance. Appropriate for seniors, beginning exercisers and those with chronic conditions. Zumba Gold : Takes the exciting Latin and international dance rhythms and brings them to the active older adult, the beginner participant and other special populations. Bars & Barres: Utilizes weights and strength-training techniques that will keep you moving and energized throughout this fast-paced class. For every participant of any fitness level. Cardio Intervals: High/low cardio and strength training class designed to burn fat and increase muscle tone. Aerobic exercise, toning and stretching for all levels. LES MILLS BODYFLOW : A yoga-based class that involves a series of simple yoga moves as well as elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. PiYo : Pilates and yoga-inspired moves with cranked up speed to give you full throttle cardio, strength and flexibility training. High intensity and low impact. Tai Chi: An ancient system of simple, graceful movements that develops flexibility and strength while improving one's health and balance. In this class we will explore basic moves that are common to all Tai Chi forms so that you too can experience the benefits to your overall health. We will be linking the moves together to form a simple, easy to learn routine. Included as well are breathing techniques for stress reduction, relaxation and increased energy. Tone It Up: A short aerobics warm up, thirty minutes of total body toning utilizing bands, tubes, weights and mats followed by a long stretch on the floor. Zumba : Latin inspired dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movement. Core Fitness: An intense, low-impact class that focuses on body sculpting and core strengthening. INTERVAL-ocity: Intervals of plyometrics, kickboxing, sports conditioning and calisthenics with intervals of muscle building mat conditioning. LES MILLS BODYPUMP : A weights class that builds strength, tones your body and pushes you to the limit every time. This 60-minute workout is set to music and challenges your major muscle groups. Weekend Wake Up: A high-energy cardio class that varies with each instructor designed to get your weekend started with conditioning and strength exercises. PILOXING: A non stop, cardio fusion of standing pilates, boxing and dance that will push you past your limits for a sleek, sexy, and powerful you!

BootCamp: A high-energy circuit class that alternates cardio and weight training exercises. Participants will perform a wide variety of exercises from running & sprinting to plyometric jumps & core exercises. ESCAPE Outdoors: Extreme Strength, Core, Agility, Power and Endurance training. (This class meets outside, weather permitting. To check status, contact 452-8056) Powerhouse: Mix it up with a challenging cycle spin then off to the gym for a guaranteed cardio burn of plyometrics and endurance drills. Rep N Ride: 30 minutes of high intensity interval spin designed to blast your metabolism into high gear, followed by 30 minutes of muscle-building exercises that utilize both body weight and equipment. Triple Threat: 90 min, high intensity workout combining cycle, athletic conditioning & strength exercises. Ultimate Conditioning: This class will get you moving and keep you moving! We will begin with 30 minutes of indoor interval cycling drills before heading into the gym for sets of cardio, strength, and core circuits. The concept behind this class is to engage you in a total-body workout by combining various types of activities. You will be on the move in order to keep your mind and body engaged, as well as to maximize the use of our time. CLASS DESCRIPTIONS BY FITNESS LEVEL Aqua Aerobics: Use water s natural resistance to improve cardiovascular fitness & muscle tone. Aqua Fit: A muscle conditioning water class alternated with low to moderate aerobic training. Aqua Zumba : Splash your way into shape with an invigorating aquatic exercise. Aqua Zumba blends together a workout that s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating. H2O In Depth: Deep water aerobics utilizing buoyancy belts for a non-weight bearing workout. Water Gait: Water aerobic class that utilizes shallow and deep water for a great cardio workout. Water Strides: A workout that utilizes primarily the deeper end of the pool with the advantage of buoyancy and minimal to no impact. Maximal effort treading water makes this a more intense class for serious fitness fanatics! No swimming experience necessary. Water Works: Come have fun staying fit by using water resistance to enhance the effectiveness of punches, kicks, crunches and jumps. Safety is emphasized with lower impact, higher intensity moves with the addition of suspensions and optional proper propulsions. Appropriate for multiple ages and fitness levels.
