This is an exciting and challenging role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional evenings and weekends. As Head Chef, ideally with cost plus contract experience, you will manage a team of 15-20 staff and provide a variety of daily services, including managing the daily operations of the kitchen and together with the Catering Manager, the school dining room, hospitality and third party functions.
