6 More About SPC St Petersburg College (commonly known as SPC) is a fully accredited post-secondary educational institution in St Petersburg, Florida. It is estimated that SPC serves some 65,000 students annually through nine distinct campuses located throughout Pinellas County. SPC was founded in 1927 and from its early roots as a community college it now offers four-year bachelor degree programs in such areas as education, nursing, international business, and paralegal studies, among many others.
