Duties include patrolling, alarm monitoring, access control, and monitoring CCTV. The individual will issue keys to staff and visitors, carry out investigations and reports, provide traffic control and any other administrative tasks. Duties will include access control, patrols, report writing, dealing with enquiries, conducting audits, assisting with events, answering s, updating handovers, issuing temporary badges to contractors/ staff and any other duties required. Control Room Officer Embankment A Control Room Officer is required in for a large corporate site based in Embankment Place wording days, night and weekends as required. The candidate must be able to demonstrate knowledge & technically ability and will be responsible for day to day operations of the control room working with various security systems including CCTV and access control. This role is a specialist role working in a large control room environment, ensuring quality of security systems knowledge and incident leadership in the control room during times of rapid decision-making and escalation. Other duties include overseeing officers working in the control room s terms of procedures, performance and training, such as providing live scenario training for other CR operators and ability to create operational procedures for the Control Room and train all users. Excellent written and verbal skills required, plus the ability to communicate with client staff across all levels of the business. A valid SIA Security Guard Licence is essential. CCTV Licence is desirable. CROF106 South Kensington Zero per hour ZHSOF115 A is required for a museum based in South Kensington working on a Zero contract. The successful candidate will play an active role in the Security Group, as part of a 24/7 security operation responsible for bag search, patrolling & static posts, providing incident response to protect the whole of the Museum s estate, including its collections and assets and maintaining a secure and safe environment for visitors, staff and con-tractors. The successful candidate must maintain the highest standards of professionalism, be of smart appearance and be an excellent communicator at all levels. The ability to use self - initiative as well as work effectively in a well-established team is key. 4 Data Analyst (Fixed Term) London Monday-Friday per annum DAF106 A Data Analyst is required for a prestigious corporate in London. This is a 6 month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing standard reports and dashboards, and delivering analysis on the performance of Security and Welcome statistical data and activities within our client contract working closely with the Service Management team and our client to assist the Security and Welcome team in measuring performance and customer behaviour advising on interpretation of Security and Welcome data, and provide insight and recommendations to the Service Management team collaborating with other reporting groups within our client, WJ and other contractors remitting to drive standards and performance measures identified producing key reports on collated data and recommended action plans to improve or correct identified negative trends analysing and produce regular Customer data reports to support campaigns or best practice initiatives supporting key stakeholders with accurate and insightful MI acting as data lead for the Security and Welcome services building systems to enable future data analysis to be conducted within the wider Service Management team. The successful candidate must be highly numerate with excellent analytical skills - ideally with a mathematical/statistical qualification, have strong analytical skills, excellent report writing and presentation skills, ability to perform ad-hoc analysis to tight timescales and present findings to senior stakeholders, knowledge of data management systems (Room bookings, hotelling, Helpdesk platforms etc) and extracting relevant data and strong relationship skills, working across Service Partners within the contract. The applicant must maintain accurate records and there is a requirement to be fully conversant and compliant with the assignment instructions. 5 Support Officer Manchester Zero 7.50 per hour SSOS76 A Support Officer is required for a prestigious arts and entertainment venue in Salford Quays, Manchester on a Zero basis. Duties include: assisting the venue management and security team in the smooth running and operation of corporate functions controlling ingress and egress conducting searches in accordance with the venues search policy ensuring that patrons have an enjoyable experience within a safe environment observing the behaviour of patrons in the venue and maintaining the venues code of practice and conduct, by dealing appropriately and safely with those who are causing offence and potential danger or risk to themselves or others. The successful applicant must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a calm, assertive manner to defuse potential conflict situations, good personal presentation, with a polite and courteous manner, decisive and quick thinking, flexible with the ability to work unsocial hours, weekends and bank holidays. 6 N E W INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS Operative / Driver (Fixed Term) Heathrow Monday to Friday An EMD Operative Driver is required at Heathrow working Monday to Friday. This is a 3 month fixed contract. The role is required to process and deliver engineering maintenance spares, sometimes critical to HAL engineers across Heathrow airport landside and airside. This is a key logistic function which has a direct impact on the safe operation of the airport. Duties include receipting materials, processing paper work accurately, completing warehouse activities, completing deliveries to Engineering Forward Stores, and stowing away goods in a safe, accurate and timely fashion. Please note that the post holder will also be required to attend out of hours call out as part of the emergency call out roster 1 in 5. To be successful in your application you must have 2-3 years experience in a warehouse/ airport environment, have excellent communication and customer services skills, have manual handling experience, be a team play as well as the ability to work under own initiative, and have a Full Driving Licence per hour ODH304 Security Logistic Officer Heathrow 6 on 3 off (nights) 9.52 per hour SLOH112 Closing date for applications: Sunday 26th June 2016 A Security Logistics Officer is required for an aviation contract based in Heathrow working 6 on 3 off nights only. Responsibilities include: to prevent unauthorised goods and items accessing restricted airport zones, to complete searching, control and security checks of all visitors, staff and drivers to the RGSC in accordance with Department for Transport regulatory requirements operating at all times to the highest possible standards of safety and security. Duties include: checking ID cards and passes and all relevant documentation of staff, drivers and other personnel accessing the HRGSC and other personnel reporting suspicious persons or vehicles immediately to the Supervisor/Manager and Police when the situation is perceived an emergency operating x-ray equipment and manually searching all visitors and staff to the RGSC. The successful candidate must demonstrate customer facing/customer service or front-of-house experience excellent written communication and interpersonal skills flexibility and reliability.
