ITINERARY Day 01 DEPARTURE DAY Meet at UK departure airport where a Gullivers Sports Travel representative will be on hand to assist with your check in and hand over your flight tickets Day 02 CAPE TOWN Arrive in Cape Town where you will be met by our local partners and transferred to your hotel where you will have time to change before departing for a training session at the WP Tennis Headquarters TRAINING SESSION Return back to the hotel and settle in, rest of your day at leisure to explore your new surroundings Day 03 CAPE TOWN Breakfast Morning at leisure Transfer to your first friendly match of the tour MATCH DAY 1 vs LOCAL SCHOOL/CLUB(TBC) Post match function with your hosts Return back to your hotel Day 04 CAPE TOWN Breakfast Morning at leisure for optional sightseeing Transfer to a host school and meet your new hosts for two nights billets. Players leave with host families and staff make their way back to the hotel Day 05 CAPE TOWN Breakfast for staff, then staff transfer to host school to supervise players whilst hosts in classes. UK Airport transfers How To Book Your Tour: Once a mutually acceptable itinerary/costing has been produced, Gullivers Sports Travel can provide a host of tourist information for a tour promotional evening. Once you have a viable tour party up together, our payment procedure is as follows: A booking deposit of 250 per person confirms your intention to tour with us. Please send along with a signed copy of our booking form. It is only at this stage that flights and accommodation can be reserved (subject to availability). Depending upon your tour, an interim payment may be introduced into your payment schedule, however will be discussed prior to booking Final payment is required twelve weeks prior to departure Upon booking, the tour file will be passed to an experienced Gullivers Tour Coordinator, who will handle all your tour arrangements in addition to merchandise requirements.
