1 To the Water Polo Committees and teams of Finland Sweden Denmark Lithuania Russia INVITATION Espoo CETUS BALTIC OPEN 2014 WATERPOLO TOURNAMENT Boys Teams Espoo, Finland, April 2014 On behalf of Cetus Swimming Club we are pleased to invite your boys water polo team to the the first Cetus Baltic Open Water polo Tournament (CBO) in Espoonlahti swimming pool in Espoo during Below you will find some further information concerning the tournament: Invited teams: Age group: Referees: Date: Accommodation: Teams from FIN, SWE, DEN, LTU, RUS Boys years. Born -95 and younger, 1-2 over aged accepted. Teams are requested to bring one referee each. Please name your referee on the Entry Form Starts on Thursday 17th April at 21:00 hrs. Finishes on Sunday 20th April at 21:00 hrs. Sokos Hotel Tapiola Garden. We have booked a quota of rooms at fixed prices for the teams. Please make your hotel reservation latest 15 th March 2014.

Your club will bear its own costs of travelling, food, accommodation and transfers to the pool. Eur 120,- per team. 5 CETUS BALTIC OPEN 2014 TOURNAMENT Espoo Tournament regulations and general guidelines Entries Please send team s entries via to vesipallo@cetus.fi. Please state cap numbers, name, age and year of birth of your players and names of coaches, representatives and referee as well. Team costs All teams will pay the costs of accommodation and evening meals directly to the hotel. The cost for the lunch at pool to be paid directly to the café adjacent to the pool. Entry Fee The Entry Fee is EUR 120,- per team. On Entry Form, please advise the invoicing address of your Club. After receiving your entry we will send an invoice covering the Entry Fee. Accommodation We have booked a quote of rooms at Sokos Hotel Tapiola Garden at fixed prices. The hotel also provides evening meal at fixed prices. There are also a number of restaurants in the Tapiola area. Accommodation prices are 70EUR / 1 bed standard 80EUR / 2 beds standard 90EUR / 2 beds standard + an extra bed The room price include buffet-breakfast and morning sauna. Check-in: at day of arrival 15:00 hrs / Check-out: at day of departure 12:00 hrs. 6 Transportation The distance between the hotel and pool is some 10 km. You will need your own car/s or alternatively there are good public transportation links from Hotel to Pool. See for public transport time schedules. If needed, we will assist with arranging transports between the hotel and the pool. Meals Breakfast: At the hotel and included in hotel room price. Lunch: At the pool café, cost to be advised, abt eur 7,-/8,- per meal. Dinner: Fixed price dinner eur 17,00/person at buffet-table, or eur 15,00/person served Snack: The hotel can offer a fixed price snack meals at a price of eur 11,00/person. All teams will have their lunch according meal schedule starting from Thursday up to Sunday at the swimming pool s café. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant. Visas We will assist with invitations for visa applications, if needed. Rules Tournament will be done according FINA rules Lockers room at the pool The team coaches are responsible for the key cards and keys for locker room boxes. Please do not leave any important valuables (passports, credit cards, etc.) in the locker-room boxes as the swimming pool locker room is unattended.
