Activation : Activation & Registration Process (Activation Code) 1 2 IMPORTANT If the customer s code is interrupted or not working for any reason. The customer can call the CCC agents again and register a complaint. In this case CCC ADMIN will be able to release the code which is mapped to the particular CIF and provide him/her with a New 9 digits code. The Code will be provided on Customer Level and NOT card level. Each customer CIF will be mapped to 1 particular code ONLY. NOTE: The 9 digits code for Gulf Bank Entertainer Activation will be provided by CCC Agents Only Image 1: After the installation process is successfully done the customer will be asked to call Gulf Bank Customer Contact Center to get his/her 9 Digits unique Gulf Bank Entertainer Code to complete the registration. You can choose between : Kuwait OR UAE OR London If the customer choose a specific location/country through the Change Location option and the travel option is not selected as show in the above screen, the customer will get ONLY the specific offers of that country as for Dinning, Spas.. etc.. 6
Application Usage : Location and Travel options (Country Offers & Int l Hotels offers) If the customer choose a specific location/country and keeps the travel option selected as shown in the below screen, the customer will get the specific offers of that country as for Dinning, Spas, Hotels.. etc. along with all the International Hotels offers. Additional International offers search option for customers: Whether the customer selects the Travel option or not and regardless to the country location chosen, by clicking the Travel tab on the main screen of the App the customer will get the option of searching the International offers for hotels by choosing the country as shown in the below screen list. 7

Application Usage : Sign Out Process/New Installation 13 14 15 16 Image 13 & 14: If the customer clicks on Sign Out tab. Image 15: He/She will be directed to the screen #15, and will be asked to enter the password which was set by the them on the 1 st activation steps to be able to Sign In back to the app. However, if the customer click on Sign in as a different user by mistake Image 16: He/She will be directed to the screen #16 and will be forced to re-enter the e-mail and the 9 digit activation code which was provided by the CCC agents to be able to Sign In back to the app. If the customer installed the Gulf Bank Entertainer app in a new mob. Device the steps of screen #16 will be applicable and necessary to be able to Sign in again into the app. 11
How to Use the Redemption Option for The Gulf Bank Entertainer Vouchers?? Each Merchant Branch has a minimum of 1 Voucher (Hotels) and Maximum 3 Vouchers (Restaurants) for Redemption
Restaurants Redemption Process 1 2 3 Image 1: The customer will choose a merchant and clicks to enter the particular merchant. Image 2: The customer will get a brief about the merchant. Image 3: The customer will click on the electronic voucher to start the redemption process. NOTE: Each outlet of the same merchant has a separate vouchers for redemption (Example: Merchant has 4 outlets each outlet will have 3 voucher total of 12 vouchers from this particular merchant). 13

Image 5: The App will pop-up a message to be confirmed by the customer if he/she is in the exact merchant of redemption. Image 6: After confirming, the voucher will be appeared to the customer (details of: Redemption rules, estimated saving by customer, validity of the voucher) and if the customer agrees he/she should click on Redeem to continue the process. Note: The customer is allowed ONLY to pay with GB Credit Cards to benefit from the offer Image 7: The customer should enter his/her PIN number which was set by him/her on the 1 st steps of activation. After entering the PIN code by the customer Image 8: The merchant supervisor/manager should enter the PIN number of the merchant so the customer will be able to redeem the voucher. Hotels Redemption Process 9 10 IMPORTANT For hotel booking: 1) Advance reservation must be made by calling the participating hotel directly. Image 9: The customer will choose a merchant and clicks to enter the particular merchant. Image 10: The customer will get a brief about the merchant and clicks on the electronic voucher to start the redemption process. The above particular merchant has different offers more then one with different expiry dates. By clicking on each voucher the customer will have a brief about the offer that he/she can use and redeem. 2) Customer should inform the participating merchant that he/she has the Gulf Bank Entertainer app and will use the voucher. 3) Booking.com or any other online booking provider will NOT be accepted for redemption. 15
