WOKINGHAM BOROUGH COUNCIL JOB SCRIPTION Job Title: Frameworki Business Job Ref: 6370 Analyst Service: tbc * Section: tbc * Reports tbc * Location: Shute nd, Wokingham To: Grade: 8 Salary: 30,011-33,661 mployment Status: Fixed Term (12 months initially, with the possibility of extension) Hours of Work: Full Time - 37hours per week, flexible working Service/Team Purpose: The purpose of the service is to ensure that ICT systems for people services are fit for purpose, enabling safe storage and retrieval of information to support individual casework, performance reporting and management, service improvement and children and families commissioning, and to develop and maintain a comprehensive information and knowledge management service for the collection, analysis, validation and dissemination of social care information, including information to schools and central government agencies. The team provides Frameworki user support, including the management of a Helpdesk and training function, as well the development and configuration of the system to reflect the business needs. It is also the team s responsibility to ensure the security and integrity of the system. In addition, in advance of the completion of the project to rollout Frameworki across all services and the achievement of steady state, the team supports the project in the delivery of key objectives. Job Purpose: Support the development of the ICT infrastructure and information systems with a particular focus on system configuration. There are two posts (one specialising in Children s Services, the other in Adults Services). Configure Frameworki screens and episodes to meet business needs. Liaise with Corelogic on system requirements that are currently outside the scope of Frameworki and feedback to operational colleagues. evise and develop system specifications for new Frameworki developments on behalf of operational colleagues. Liaise with Corelogic and 3rd part IT support partners in regard to timing and testing of Frameworki system upgrades and data base maintenance xecute test of upgraded systems prior to release to user acceptance testing In conjunction with Corelogic and 3 rd party IT support partners, ICT and system manager, ensure that adequate backup and disaster recovery procedures become established and are executed Support the establishment and ensure appropriate change control procedures for upgrades and system changes in conjunction with the system manager. Support the change request process by advising on Frameworki functionality with regard to operational requirements Configure Frameworki to ensure integrity and security of the system Be responsible for the ensuring the maintenance of code tables, various aspects of user access and role and for, either directly or indirectly, the appropriate maintenance of provider records on Frameworki. Provide 2 nd line support to the helpdesk in the resolution of user incidents Manage staff in accordance with Council policies and procedures, including ensuring their continued personal and professional development. Be responsible for awareness of Social Care issues and legislation in relation to own and team s area of work Regularly liaise with Performance Management to ensure that the system effectively collects data required for statutory and business critical reporting Approx % of working time spent 100% Other duties: To provide a back up function to the following roles as required: Information and Performance Management - Supporting the Information and Performance Managers by developing reports and using Business Objects and ata Warehousing to improve information sharing with partner agencies.
