Sales Within a specified region, sales are optimised and Regional Office staff and agents are supported. Eynesbury s products in a defined region or country are sold to achieve sales forecasts Eynesbury s sales targets in a defined region are established, refined and achieved in conjunction with the Director, Marketing and Admissions Sales leads and business opportunities with new and existing clients are created through the provision of support to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns Exhibitions, seminars and interview programs are successfully organised and conducted Navitas source country staff and international agents are trained to effectively sell Eynesbury products through the promotion of key selling points, development of sales tools and products including the provision of information packs Enquiry, recruitment, made-offer, and conversion campaigns are effectively undertaken through both personal follow-up and use of technology As directed by the Director, Marketing and Admissions, relationships with local Adelaide agents are maintained through visits to their offices and participation in local marketing events
2. Recruitment Marketing and Travel The marketing plan is developed and implemented. The profitable marketing of Eynesbury based on market strategies and opportunities, market research, product development and the overall marketing plan, within approved company policy and procedures International marketing strategies for off-shore markets as designated by Director, Marketing and Admissions are developed International marketing plans including but not limited to; overseas exhibitions, seminars, agent visits and interview programs are implemented as required A contribution is made towards the development of marketing collateral to assist agent s advertising efforts Networks with partner institution marketing staff (University of Adelaide, University of South Australia, and International College of Hotel Management) are maintained Joint marketing activities and strategies are discussed, planned, budgeted and enacted with partner institutions on a regular and ongoing basis Itineraries and mission reports are routinely created and centrally published for all domestic and international travel undertaken Feedback on agent performance is recorded on Salesforce 3. Market Profitability Marketing budgets are prepared and managed. Marketing and recruitment reports, sales forecasts and budgets are regularly analysed to ensure that Eynesbury s products are marketed to obtain maximum profitability within guidelines The development and management of the marketing budget for defined countries are developed and managed in conjunction with the Director, Marketing and Admissions Expense budgets are prepared Expenses against budgets are controlled and the effectiveness of the company s promotions is measured, with modifications recommended where necessary An analysis of the effectiveness of specific promotional programs against sales is completed after each campaign Marketing and sales returns from agents and countries are compiled for comparison with budgets 4. Market Development Agents are managed and supported. Strong relationships with agents and other external stakeholders are promoted and maintained Contracts prepared and agreements with agents are supervised, in co-operation with Navitas Group Marketing Agent performance is assessed on an ongoing basis with recommendations made to the Director, Marketing and Admissions Agency compliance with company contract procedures and Australian Government legislation, such as the ESOS Act and the National Code of Practice is monitored Country specific advertising, promotional and editorial material, e.g. fliers, posters, banners are prepared in association with the Communications Manager(s) and Group Marketing
5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) As directed by the Director, Marketing and Admissions, the Eynesbury CRM strategy is deployed effectively, with the use of a range of tools, including the web and various social media. Recruitment, made-offer, and conversion campaigns are utilised to deliver agreed outcomes The CRM is utilised in collaboration with the Director, Marketing and Admissions and Group Marketing A range of social media is used effectively in marketing campaigns. 6. Customer Service Students and prospective students (including parents and agents) receive excellent customer service All enquiries - by phone, email, Skype or in person to Eynesbury are dealt with promptly, accurately and with a customer-centred focus Advice to prospective students is accurate and within Eynesbury s policies Prospective students have their queries taken through to completion and are followed up according to published protocols Opportunities to improve customer service and protocols are recognised and followed up Prospective students are provided updated communications through agreed channels and according to agreed turnaround times The experience of current and former Eynesbury students is enhanced by continued contact with the Marketing Manager during and after completion of their Eynesbury studies through participation in orientations, graduations, social activities and alumni events 7. Marketing collateral The Marketing Manager will contribute to the maintenance of Eynesbury marketing collateral and will also ensure that market-specific marketing collateral for Eynesbury is produced in a timely and cost-effective manner, accurately reflecting Eynesbury s offerings and effectively meeting Eynesbury s needs. Market-specific collateral in print and online is created, published and disseminated according to the agreed plan. The Eynesbury website is updated with relevant information sessions when undertaking recruitment missions. 8. Other duties Other duties as may be required by the Director, Marketing and Admissions or the College Director.
