The Marketo Campaign Manager will assume responsibility for executing tactical aspects of demand and lead generation activities, lead nurturing, lead scoring, automated communications and conversion programs and marketing campaigns in multiple languages. The position will collaborate with key stakeholders to design and execute automated marketing programs. Essential English Speaking. Substantial experience in lead generation / field marketing. Experience in the Education Sector. Min 12 months Marketing Automation experience. Min 12 months Salesforce User Experience, inc good understanding of Salesforce reporting or other similar reporting tools. Strong Database Skills, experience of data mining, analysis & segmentation. Can demonstrate from past experience having to work with technical personnel, and have a confident grasp of technology as it applies to Sales & Marketing. Experience in managing multi-lingual campaigns. Strong background digital / online marketing. Advanced excel skills i.e. pivot tables, data analysis, basic formulas. Desirable Marketo User Experience Salesforce admin experience Good understanding of Lead Lifecycles and how to target accordingly Experience interpreting data analysis into meaningful conclusions 2+ years of experience managing Marketo campaigns and program implementation Analytical skills and ability to produce spreadsheets in support of findings and reports. SAE provides education services to over 10,000 students and employs approximately 1500 staff. Overview and Objectives of the Position: The Marketo Campaign Manager will assume responsibility for executing tactical aspects of demand and lead generation activities, lead nurturing, lead scoring, automated communications and conversion programs and marketing campaigns in multiple languages. The position will collaborate with key stakeholders to design and execute automated marketing programs. This role will report to the Marketing Director, and will work closely with category managers, content managers, designers, marketing analytics and sales operations team members. 3. Execute multi-wave/multi-channel closed-loop programs for each stage of the customer journey ii. Creates s, landing pages, forms, nurturing programs and reports in the marketing automation tool iii. Perform A/B testing on campaigns and programs iv. Manages programs, timelines, and provides regular updates to key stakeholders and team members v. Perform regular audits and maintain integrity of lead scoring process vi. Oversee database maintenance, managing data uploads and ensuring data cleanliness and integrity vii. Collaborate with content marketing team for appropriate content delivery based on customer journey viii. Collaborate with recruitment team on integration of Marketo with CRM (SalesForce) ix. Collaborate with category managers to deliver qualified leads to recruitment team for conversion x. Track ongoing metrics, including lead generation, campaign effectiveness, engagement levels, funnel advancement xi. Provide reports, insights and recommendations based on data 5.
