Lessons Learned POC provided clarity on business requirements and scope Involvement and stability of core project team and business key-users throughout project life cycle is a key success factor Standardized PMO and PM process was not in place. Obvious but never repeated enough: the tool will not solve process issues Management commitment is an absolute need when deploying a PPM solution through transversal populations Immature understanding of the PPM system complicates requirements analysis SAP PPM is not efficient for rather detailed project scheduling level It is key to have all stakeholders (PMO, PM, Finance) agreeing on the same process and targets from the start SAPience.be User Day 15 27
