12 Search and Display of Archived Portfolio Management Data Authorization for Archived Objects in Portfolio Management The read access to archived Portfolio Management data is controlled by the new authorization object RPM_ARCH The authority check for RPM_ARCH is processed when the user selects an archived object on the search results to display the detailed object information The granted authorization covers all data of the specific object, e.g. the authorization for an archived portfolio item includes item details and also item financial and capacity data The access control lists (ACL) used by the authority check for active portfolio data is not considered for archived portfolio data Example: user role for specific items of specific portfolios 2014 SAP SE or an SAP affiliate company.
