Retrofit and Service in Norway integration and multidiscipline knowledge are our main focuses in training of our engineers and system development. We customise in all kinds of electrical/automation systems. The system is continuously improved. New or improved procedures are implemented by internal coaching. - Monthly internal reporting combined with meetings between project manager and department management. The objective settings are involvement in the ongoing project from the dept. management, communication between projects (synergy effects), follow up key figures, and guiding of the project manager. 5 8
