Such upgrades have been proven to reduce operational costs and increase equipment efficiency. How is it made To make sure all refit installations are a success we follow a procedure consisting of four steps: 1. Site survey: Our specialist carry out a site survey and prepare a site report. The report includes a suggested system layout, a detailed project milestone plan and a cost analysis. This site report forms the basis for a delivery contract. 2. Engineering: The system is carefully tailored to meet customer requirements and is outlined in a design document for final customer and class approval. 3. Installation: is done while the ship is in service or during docking, either by our own team of technicians or the customers own staff under supervision of our engineer. 4. Commissioning & training: a team of experienced commissioning engineers make sure the system(s) are properly set to work. These engineers also take care of all needed onboard crew training. Flexibility Depending on the clientís needs we can offer tailored systems or standardized systems which may sometimes be enhanced with our own innovations. Our solutions are suited to replace existing functionality without costly redesign. Further upgrades can be done at any time. We maintain a dedicated staff of engineers who are constantly developing new functions and features for the systems. Before After Flying squads for maintenance, repairs and conversions We have a team of flying squad engineers with great experience within ship repairs during docking as well as on board repairs during vessels operation. All our engineers are English and Russian speaking and are used to work as a team as well as individual. We are used to act as authorised service as well as assist makers service engineers and have good experience with following types of machinery:propulsion control, DP, Switchboards, Instrumentation & Control, however also maintenance / repair of motors / winches / cargo handling equipment etc. are covered by our teams. We can provide comples scope of works including steel, hydraulic & mechanical works, cable laying, installation and start up. During many years of service to supply vessels we have obtained a great deal of experience with heavy anchor handling winches / electrical driven as well as hydraulic driven shark jaws, towing pins ect.
