Our main objective in participating at the OTD, is to update our old and new customers of the services and products that we as a group deliver to the offshore market. 3 Scana Mar-El Scana Mar-El is a part of Scana Propulsion and divided in two business areas, Maritime control systems and Agency business. The Agency business is a supplier of components and solutions for sensing and controlling mechanical devices in offshore- and maritime market. Top competence in products from international leading manufacturers has been supplied to the Norwegian market since Scana Offshore Technology Scana Offshore Technology is a complete service centre for equipment maintenance and repair for the Oil & Gas industry. The company was established in December 2005 and is located in Jørpeland near Stavanger. 10 SCANA SKARPENORD Typical products Hydraulic and pneumatic actuator The Scana Skarpenord actuators can be delivered either as double acting- or singleacting type. Quarter turn actuators are delivered with adjustable stroke or fixed 90 degree rotation with mechanical locking. Hydraulic and pneumatic linear actuator The linear actuators can be delivered either as double acting- or single acting type. Force and spring force are calculated specially according to valve requirements. Indication in end positions. Control Circuits Stainless steel control circuits are delivered as panels or enclosed cabinets and with various functions, all designed and built to meet the client specifications. A staff of well qualified service engineers, also with safety course required for offshore, will at short notice perform necessary maintenance and service, onshore/offshore - world wide. During installation and start-up, our service engineers may also be available for assistance and supervision. Detailed information for installation, start-up and maintenance will be given in service manuals.
