I have over fourteen years of teaching and research experience at University level. Am holding a PhD in Management Science (Entrepreneurship) as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Education. Currently I am an Associate Professor (Human Resource) Rongo University College. I have served as a Tutorial Fellow, Lecturer and Senior Lecturer for the last Sixteen years. During these years, I have successfully supervised over ten Masters and one PhD candidates. I have published eight articles in international referred journals, authored four books and contributed a book chapter. I am also an Associate Member of the Kenya Institute of Management.
