She led a team of eight Early Childhood Development personnel in Thika District for four years during the implementation of the Community Mobilization and Sensitization component of the Government of Kenya/ World Bank Project. She also led the team in collaboration with Plan International in carrying out similar activities. Her research experience is demonstrated in the curriculum vitae. In particular, her experience in the World Bank Project baseline survey would be invaluable in an exercise that requires evaluation of community projects. In addition, she possesses administrative skills which have been demonstrated in her ability to run a Preschool Teachers College that has successfully trained scores of ECD diploma and certificate teachers since Further she has experience in management of Secondary Schools as she sits in two Boards of Governors committees. She is also a chair person in a church council.
