Neolae Leads lets you implemet tools to: automate the collectio of prospect iformatio usig various commuicatio chaels, detect ad qualify leads based o rules, behaviors ad scores (prospect scorig is performed based o multiple criteria: declarative, behavioral ad trasactioal data), track each cotact's marketig activity usig a dedicated dashboard, coordiate collected data with CRM or SFA (two-way itegratio with salesforce.com), track ad measure the added value provided by the marketig departmet (reportig tools). Neolae Collect iformatio (kow as 'activities'): trackig logs, data files, survey aswers, website browsig history, etc. This iformatio is either aoymous (i.e. orphaed) or liked to a cotact. Oce these activities have bee qualified, they become leads. Geerate ad urture leads by settig up marketig campaigs, orgaizig ad followig up o marketig evets, offerig web forms ad trackig maagemet, etc. Some leads will be rejected or abadoed if they are ot mature eough or do't match a potetial target. Termiology A activity is a piece of iformatio forwarded to Neolae Leads to be used i urturig programs. It ca be a trackig log, a aswer to a survey, a file purchase, a website visit, etc. It is either orphaed or liked to a cotact. Uusable activities are activities which are missig data ad may therefore ot be etered i a urturig program (missig email, for example). Oce they have bee collected ad cosolidated, activities become leads, which ca be rejected by sales (if they are ot mature) or abadoed (if they do't coicide with a eed). A lead is a idividual (or compay) who has expressed a iterest i obtaiig iformatio o the products or services offered by the compay. Oce it is idetified, the profile liked to the lead is set targeted messages based o the iterests, eeds ad expectatios collected ad archived i their profile. Commuicatio icludes emails, persoalized web pages, evet ivitatios, etc. A lead accepted by sales becomes a opportuity, which ca be either lost or wo. The urturig program lets you improve lead qualificatio usig targeted marketig campaigs. The qualificatio level is expressed by a score, which is used for ratig leads. Web applicatios ad ladig pages are specific web forms which you ca use to direct a cotact to a form ad collect iformatio which will erich their profile. Stage 2: qualificatio/ratig A set of rules is used for qualifyig prospects. Scorig rules let you assig poits to leads based o origi, behavior, compay, etc. Ratig rules let you select the ratig of the lead based o its score (typically: Cold, Warm, Hot). A remider will be set to recipiets who do ot register, ad oce the evet is over, the list of participats will be re-imported to update the database. Note: I this example, we wat you to use ladig pages. From the same meu, Neolae also lets you create Web applicatios: create more comprehesive forms liked to templates ad possibly to a microsite, if the optio is istalled.
