5 STP Overview The STP curriculum creates a umatched learig experiece for participats. Every STP course is activity-based, with discussios, case histories, problems ad exercises. Participats i STP courses draw upo their field experiece ad lear by iteractio with others from all areas of the costructio idustry. The 6 STP uits accout for a total of 120 hours of i class istructio. Each uit is divided ito multiple sessios. The structure of the program allows for flexibility so that courses ca be taught i several differet formats to meet the eeds of today s workig professioal. Courses do ot have to be take i umerical order. Optios iclude: 5 sessios ca be offered oce a week, spread over 10 weeks 5 sessios ca be offered twice a week, spread over five week Two to three cosecutive days preseted i a cocetrated format STP Participats STP has bee the professioal developmet resource of choice for more tha 150,000 costructio supervisors ad maagers i the Uited States.
