What is SME BizFest 2015 event all about? SME BizFest, organised by Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM), is a renowned annual event showcasing the best and latest business and ICT solutions for SMEs. Highlights of the event include conferences and exhibitions that offer business education and tips; business networking opportunities; and affordable ICT solutions, which aim to help nurture business interests among potential SMEs. 2. Where will the event be held? The event will be held at 4 locations from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm : 6 May 2015 : Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre, Petaling Jaya 12 May 2015 : Persada Johor International Convention Centre, Johor Bahru 19 May 2015 : Equatorial Hotel, Penang 16 June 2015 : The Magellan Sutera Harbour, Kota Kinabalu 3. SME BizFest 2015 Online Pre-Registration Reward Campaign 1. What is the Reward Campaign all about? It is to encourage the online pre-registration for each event venue. The campaign shall commence from 17 th March 2015 to 14 th June 2015. 2. How can I join the Rewards Campaign? a) Participant is required to visit www.tm.com.my/smebizfest in order to register for the Event. b) Participant is allowed to submit only one (1) registration form for each Event venue. The Event will be conducted at four (4) different venues. 3. Who are eligible to participate in this campaign? All Malaysians are eligible to participate in the Campaign except for TM employees, their immediate family members, TM appointed advertising agencies, programme organiser, their employees and immediate family members. 4. What are the prizes for the winners? One (1) Asus Fon Pad 7 for each winner (3 units available per venue). 5. How will the winners be determined? The 300 th, 600 th and 900 th participant from online pre-registration for each Event venue is entitled for Winner selection. The Winner will stand a chance to win one (1) Asus Fon Pad 7 (the Prize ). Every Participant is entitled to win once. Winners will be notified through phone call or email. All Prizes must be claimed by the Winners in person. The Winner must produce original identity card together with the Event registration number obtained at check-in counter during collection of the Prize. How can I join the contest? a) Participant s entry to the Contest will be on the basis of the completion of successful LIKE to our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/tmsme.biz as well as the accompanying creative caption in the Facebook post(s). b) Participants are allowed to share and tag the Event visuals as many times on Facebook during the Contest Period and tag the visual with a #SMEBIZFEST2015 hashtag.

3. Who are eligible to enter the contest? All Malaysians are eligible to participate in the Contest except for TM Employees, their immediate family members, TM appointed advertising agencies, program organiser, their employees and immediate family members. 4. What are the prizes for the winners? Prize consists of Edvan Power Bank (limited to 4 units per venue) 5. How will the winners be determined? a. Participants with the most attractive and creative captions will be selected as the winner for the Contest. The Winners will be randomly selected one (1) day prior to the Event date that will be held at four (4) different venues. Each Participant is entitled to win one (1) Contest Prize only. b. The Contest Winner will be announced on TMSME.biz Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/tmsme.biz), and notified by email followed by telephone call. c. Prizes will be posted to the winners mailing address. SME BizFest Biz Bonanza deal 1. What is SME BizFest Biz Bonanza deal all about? TM gives special and limited offers to SME customers with attractive business package offerings and great savings. 2. How long does SME BizFest Biz Bonanza deal lasts? SME BizFest Biz Bonanza deal offerings will commence on 1 st March 2015 and ends on 30 th June 2015. 3. What is SME BizFest Biz Bonanza? TM will be offering attractive value-added services (VAS) at for FREE for its SME customers when they subscribe / upgrade to UniFi or OIAB packages during that promotion period. The offerings of free VAS are inclusive of Office365, SurePay, Simple Voice Plus 30. 4. Will there be any termination penalty if I terminate the service within the contract period? Yes. Details of penalty based on below: OIAB: RM600 UniFi Biz: RM500 SurePay POS: 2 months of subscription fee

5. Can I choose similar 2 free VAS offerings if I upgrade to UniFi Biz 20? Customers are not entitled to request 2 similar free VAS offerings for any one (1) subscription. 6. Can I apply for the free VAS offerings if I am currently subscribed to UniFi/OIAB packages? Yes. In order for you to entitle to enjoy the free VAS offerings, you are required to upgrade your current UniFi/OIAB packages to higher speed. 7. Can I still enjoy the deal after June 2015? No. The offerings are valid from 1 st March until 30 th June 2015 only. 8. Who should I contact for more details on this promotion? You may contact our Sales Centre at 1-800-888-SME(763) and Support Centre at 100 / 1300-88-1222 (UniFi Centre) for after-sales support. SME BizFest TM Rewards Programme 1. What is TM Rewards? TM Rewards is a Points rewards programme especially for our TM Home and Business customers. It is our way of showing appreciation for our customer s support and loyalty towards our products and services. This Programme serves as an appreciation for the loyal customers, who encompass not only Broadband and Fixed Line customers, but also UniFi customers, for their continuous support towards TM s products and services. 2. How does this programme work? The programme is open to all TM Home & Business customers. For business customers, the membership is by invitation. Kindly visit www.tm.com.my and click Business Rewards to get your Invitation number. Once registered, you can start earning points and redeem it for attractive rewards. 3. What are the benefits of registering for TM Rewards and how do you register for TM Rewards? Upon successful registration, you will receive an acknowledgement email with instructions to activate your membership. 5. Is there any registration fee or monthly charges to become a member? No. The membership is free of charge. 6. Will customers receive a membership card? No membership card will be issued. A Membership Account together with its identification numbers i.e. a 8-digit Membership number and 16-digit Reward number, will be created where all awarded points will be recorded. EARNING / REDEEMING POI 7. How can I earn points? Ways for you to earn points: By registration channel : o Online registration - 500 points o Form/TMpoints/ground events - 200 points Surprise points Paying TM bills on time (promptly, before or on due date) will earn members 1 point for every RM1 spent 8. When will the points be awarded into my Membership Account? Upon registration, you will earn one-time points immediately. However, for bill payment, points will be awarded within 10 days after the next month's bill date.

9. How will my points be awarded if I have more than one TM account / bill? Is there any maximum no. of TM account / bill for each member? All points earned from TM Biz Broadband, Phone and UniFi Biz services will be assigned into one (1) Membership Account. 10. When can I start redeeming rewards with my points? You can redeem as soon as you have sufficient points in your active Membership Account. 11. What if my TM service account is suspended? Kindly note that the status of your Membership account is linked to your TM service account. In the event your TM account is suspended, you will only be able to redeem points for TM bill rebate to help you settle the total amount due. 12. How do I check my account status, points balance, transaction history and submit my redemption order? There are 4 ways: Via online at www.tm.com.my and click TM Rewards Go to TMpoint Call TM Rewards at 1300 88 8887 Check your TM bill. Points summary will also be displayed on the 2nd page (top portion) of your TM bill. For UniFi customer you may also check your points balances in MyUnifi portal. However, kindly note that the above 3 channels will have the most updated information. 13. What can I redeem with my points? You may redeem your points for rebate on TM bills, shopping vouchers or other merchandise in the TM Rewards catalogue. 14. Is there a form for me to fill up to redeem my points? Yes, to redeem, you can fill up a Redemption form at TMpoint to redeem. You can also just logon to the Members' portal, click "Use My Reward Points" and submit your order. Alternatively, you can visit TMpoint or call 1300 88 8887 for assistance.

15 When will I receive my TM bill rebate once I submit the order? Your rebate will be reflected automatically in the next month's bill as a bill/credit adjustment. 16. When will I receive my redemption item once I submit the order? Your redemption items (shopping vouchers and merchandises) will be delivered within 21 working days. 17. Where will the redeemed item be delivered? The redeemed item will be delivered to the address registered under your TM Rewards Membership account. However, should you need it to be delivered at a different address; you may do so when submitting the redemption order. 18. Can the items be delivered to anywhere within Malaysia? Yes, except for P.O. Box addresses. 19. Can I change my delivery address? Once your redemption order has been submitted, you are not allowed to change the delivery address. 20. Is there any expiry date to my points? Yes there is. Your points are valid for three (3) years and will be forfeited upon expiry. Deduction of points will be based on first-in-first-out basis. For example, points earned in July 2012 will expire in July 2015. 21. Where can I refer to if I have any problem with the items being delivered? You may liaise directly with our fulfillment agent once you have received the item. If you have not receive the item yet, you may call our call center at 1300 88 8887 or visit our nearest TMpoint.
