2 50% CASH BACK DINING DEALS CAMPAIGN CAMPAIGN PERIOD 1. This 50% Cash Back Dining Deals Campaign ( this Campaign ) is organised by Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad ("ABMB") and shall run from 2 January 2014 to 28 February 2014 (inclusive of both dates) or such other time periods as may be notified by ABMB from time to time ("the Campaign Period"). 2. ABMB reserves the right at any time with prior notice to change the duration and/or the commencement and/or expiry dates of the Campaign Period. ELIGIBILITY 3. This Campaign is open to all ABMB Credit Cardmembers whose accounts are valid, active and in good credit standing as may be determined by ABMB at its sole and absolute discretion ( the Cardmembers ). 4. Eligibility is automatic to the Cardmembers upon meeting all the requirements as set out by ABMB for the Campaign. No pre-registration, short messaging service (sms) or entry form is required. 5. This Campaign is open to all new and existing Principal and Supplementary personal liability ABMB s Credit Card(s), except the Business Platinum Card ( the Card ). 6. For avoidance of doubt: a) The benefits of all transactions made by the Cardmembers who are Supplementary holders of the Card in respect of this Campaign shall accrue to the respective Principal holders of the same provided that the respective accounts of the Principal holders thereof are valid, subsisting and in good credit standing; b) Termination of the account in respect of the Card held by the Cardmembers who are Supplementary holders shall not by itself disqualify the Principal holders thereof from this Campaign. 7. The following persons shall however not be eligible for this Campaign: a) All employees of ABMB and their immediate family members and all employees of ABMB s partners including its advertising, promotion and printing agencies and any other persons involved in organising, promoting and/or conducting this Campaign; b) All of the Cardmembers (whether they are the Principal or Supplementary holders of the Card) and whose accounts, are terminated within the Campaign Period; c) Any holders of accounts of ABMB that are, at ABMB s sole and absolute discretion deemed to be delinquent or unsatisfactorily conducted d) Persons who are of unsound mind, minors and/or bankrupts; and e) Any other persons as ABMB may decide to exclude at its sole and absolute discretion without notice and without assigning any reason therefor.

3 CAMPAIGN CRITERIA 8. The 50% Cash Back offered under this Campaign ( the Cash Back ) is only applicable for nationwide dining transactions made every Thursday or such other day as may be notified by ABMB throughout the Campaign Period, ( the Participating Day ). 9. To qualify for the Cash Back allocated for this Campaign, Cardmembers who meet the minimum spend of RM250 on dining transactions in a single receipt will stand a chance to receive the 50% Cash Back on a first come, first serve basis but subject always to availability of the Cash Back allocation stipulated under Clause 13 hereinbelow. 10. All dining transactions made by the Cardmembers (whether they are principal or supplementary holders of the Card) will be taken into account for purposes of qualifying for the Cash Back. The Cash Back will however only be credited into Principal holders account in respect of the Card. 11. The Cardmembers are required to spend by charging the Card. 12. Void transactions and transactions that have been reversed shall not be quali fied for this Campaign. 13. The maximum amount of Cash Back that shall be given out throughout the whole of the Campaign Period is RM180,000 only and capped at the maximum amount of RM20,000 per day on a first come, first serve basis. ABMB shall cease giving out the Cash Back upon maximising the aforementioned allocated amount. 14. Each of the Cardmembers has the chance to win a maximum of RM300 Cash Back only per month. 15. For avoidance of doubt, the following dining Merchant Category Codes (MCC) shall only be eligible for this campaign. (i) 5812 (ii) The winner s account in respect of the Card must be valid, active and in good credit standing as determined by ABMB at its sole and absolute discretion, at the point the Cash Back is awarded to him/her. 17. The Cash Back is non-transferable and not changeable with other items. The Bank s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding and no correspondence, appeal or attempt to dispute the same would be entertained. ABMB shall not entertain any request from any of the Cardmembers or any other persons whosoever to credit the Cash Back won to any third party s account or other accounts of the Cardmembers which are not related to the Card. 18. The Cash Back shall be credited into the Cardmembers account in respect of the Card within eight (8) weeks after each month. 19. The winners will be announced on ABMB s corporate website after the date of the crediting of the Cash Back. 20. The winners of this Campaign shall personally bear and be responsible for ALL costs rela ting to the Cash Back including but not limited to any applicable taxes, insurance payments and other expenses whatsoever in respect thereof.

4 GENERAL 21. By participating in this Campaign, the Cardmembers are deemed to have unequivocally accepted and agreed to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions contained herein ( this Campaign s Terms ) and shall fully abide by all the decisions of the panel of judges appointed by ABMB. 22. Any matters which are not covered in this Campaign s Terms shall be determined so lely by ABMB at its absolute discretion. 23. The Cardmembers hereby irrevocably consent and authorise ABMB to disclose their particular s to any third party service provider engaged by ABMB for the purpose of this Campaign. 24. ABMB reserves the right to cancel the Cash Back where there is any fraudulent, unauthorised or reversal of transactions. 25. ABMB shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of ev idence of transactions by VISA International Incorporated, MasterCard Worldwide or any merchant establishments, postal or telecommunication authorities or any other party whosoever which may result in the Cardmembers being omitted from winning the Cash Back during the Campaign Period. 26. ABMB reserves the right at any time with prior notice to add, delete, suspend or vary this Campaign s Terms, wholly or in part at its absolute discretion. 27. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, suspension or extension of the Campaign Period shall not entitle the Cardmembers to any claims or compens ations whatsoever against ABMB or for any loss or damages whatsoever suffered or incurred by the Cardmembers in respect thereof (whether direct or indirect). 28. ABMB shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liab ilities of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising or suffered by the Cardmembers resulting directly or indirectly from this Campaign or by any other matters whatsoever in connection with this Campaign. CAMPAIGN PERIOD RM50 CASH REBATE CAMPAIGN 1. This RM50 Cash Rebate Credit Card Acquisition Campaign ( this Campaign ) by Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad ( ABMB ) will commence from 1 January to 28 February 2014, both dates inclusive ( the Campaign Period ), unless otherwise specified. ELIGIBILITY 2. This Campaign is only open to the new holders of the Eligible Cards (as defined hereinbelow) who satisfy the following criteria ( the Eligible Cardmembers ) : - a. Person(s) not holding a principal credit card issued by ABMB, b. Person(s) who have cancelled his/her principal credit card issued by ABMB more than six (6) months ago, before his/her application for the Eligible Cards as the principal holder is approved from 1 January to 14 March The Eligible Cards shall be any ABMB branded and/or ABMB co-branded Gold, You:nique, and Platinum Card(s).

5 4. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the following person(s) shall however not be eligible for this Campaign: a. Permanent and/or temporary staff or employees of ABMB (including its subsidiaries and related companies); b. Representatives and/or agents (including advertising & promotion agents and information technology vendors) of ABMB and their immediate family members (i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters); and/or c. Individuals below the age of 18 years d. Individuals who are financially insolvent or have been adjudicated a bankrupt; and e. Any other person(s) as ABMB may decide to exclude at its sole and absolute discretion without assigning any reason therefor. CAMPAIGN CRITERIA 5. In order to qualify for the RM50 Cash Rebate ( the Cash Rebate ) for this Campaign, the Eligible Cardmembers shall satisfy the spend criteria which is summarized as follows ( the Qualifying Spend Criteria ) : - Eligible Cards Cash Rebate Qualifying Spend Criteria Qualifying Spend Period Any ABMB branded and/or ABMB co-branded Gold, You:nique, Platinum & Visa Infinite RM50 First (1 st ) swipe Within the first 60 days from the issuance date of the Eligible Card 6. The Cash Rebate shall be credited into the Eligible Cardmembers respective accounts in respect of the Eligible Cards ( the Card Accounts ) within eight (8) weeks after the month wherein the Qualifying Spend Criteria is fulfilled. 7. Only a total of Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred and Seventy Five Thousand (RM175,000) ( the Campaign Cap ) has been allocated on a first-come-first-served basis for the Cash Rebate give-out under this Campaign, ABMB shall cease giving out the Cash Rebate once the Campaign Cap is reached. 8. Only local and international retail and online transactions that are successfully captured and posted in ABMB s system ( the Qualified Transactions ) shall be taken into account for purposes of this Campaign. Instalment Payment Plan (IPP) retail transactions shall be treated as one (1) transaction based on the full amount of the retail transaction. For international transactions, the calculation of the Qualified Transactions shall be made after their conversion to Ringgit Malaysia (RM) only. 9. Any entry of the Qualified Transactions that has been reversed out from ABMB s system shall be excluded and disqualified from this Campaign.

6 10. All transactions involving any Cash Advance, Balance Transfer and Fast Cash and fees and charges such as Finance Charges, Late Charges. Annual Fees Split and Government Service Tax including transactions which have been reversed out and/or are void are not qualified for this Campaign. 11. In the event the Eligible Cards shall be cancelled, blocked or terminated after the Cash Rebate is credited into the Card Accounts, any remaining credit balance of the Cash Rebate shall not be refunded to the Eligible Cardmembers and shall be wholly forfeited by ABMB. GENERAL 12. Subject to the prior fulfillment of all the terms and conditions herein ( this Campaign s T&C s) (whichever relevant) each of the Eligible Cardmembers is entitled to receive a one-time Cash Rebate only throughout the whole of the Campaign Period. 13. By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Cardmembers shall be deemed to have unequivocally accepted and agreed to be bound by this Campaign s T&C s. The Eligible Cardmembers also hereby irrevocably consent to and authorize ABMB to disclose their particulars to the third party service provider engaged by ABMB for the purpose of this Campaign. 14. This Campaign s T&C s as well as decisions of the judges in connection with any matter relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding on all of the Eligible Cardmembers and no correspondence and/or appeal in respect thereof shall be entertained. 15. Any matter which is not covered in this Campaign s T&C s, shall be determined by ABMB at its absolute discretion. 16. The Card Accounts must at all times during the Campaign Period be in good credit standing and not be in breach of any one or more of the terms of this Campaign s T&C s or ABMB VISA/MasterCard Card Agreement in order to be entitled to the Cash Rebate. 17. ABMB shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of evidence of transactions by Visa International Incorporated, MasterCard Worldwide, or any merchant establishments, postal or telecommunication authorities or any other party of which may result in the Eligible Cardmembers being omitted from receiving the Cash Rebate during the Campaign Period. 18. ABMB reserves the sole and absolute right to add, delete, suspend or vary this Campaign s T&C s, wholly or in part by way of posting on the ABMB s website, or in any other manner ABMB deems suitable in order to give prior notice to its customers. In the event of any conflict, discrepancy or inconsistency between this Campaign s T&C s and the terms appearing in any other materials promoting or advertising this Campaign, then this Campaign s T&C s shall prevail. 19. For avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, suspension or extension of the Campaign Period shall not entitle the Eligible Cardmember to any claims or compensation whatsoever against ABMB or for any loss or damages whatsoever suffered or incurred by the Eligible Cardmembers in respect thereof (whether direct or indirect) 20. ABMB shall not be responsible nor accept any liability of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising or suffered by the Eligible Cardmembers resulting directly or indirectly from this Campaign or by any other matters whatsoever in connection with this Campaign.
