The Millionaires Network is a global online business network for business owners and entrepreneurs who want to work together to help each other become millionaires. Membership is strictly limited to ONE million members worldwide. Q: What do I get for my membership fee? Everyone who joins the network is an aspiring Millionaire who wants to help each other by working together. Therefore you are networking and connecting with liked minded business owners and entrepreneurs who all want to help each other become Millionaires. The network will have a maximum of ONE million members worldwide so your connections will give you global exposure and assistance in markets that a new or foreign to you. 2 Q: What are you looking for? We are looking for business owners and entrepreneurs who are aspiring Millionaires who want to work together to help each other become Millionaires. We are looking for people to buy into our vision and mission of creating a global online network of ONE million Millionaires. You have to be someone who WANTS to be a Millionaire. This is important as this is a common goal that every member is striving for. Q: What does it cost? Your membership fee is only 2.99 per year. Less than the cost of a cup of coffee or for parking your car for an hour in the city. However this is limited to the first 100,000 members. The membership fee will increase every 100,000 members. Once we reach 500,000 members the membership fee will be fixed to 100. This will ensure that at least 50m is available to pay out as a result of the VOTE. Q: Why do I need to have the recurring membership payment? Once your membership has been approved, we will automatically set-up a recurring membership payment for your convenience. You will be sent notification of this via PayPal. This will ensure that you don't lose your membership in subsequent years and also guarantees that your membership fee will always be only 2.99 per year, every year. Membership is strictly limited to one million members worldwide. If you cancel your recurring payment and don't renew your membership within 24 hours when it expires your membership spot will be offered to our waiting list on a first come first served basis. To change or cancel your recurring payment, log in to your PayPal account, go to your Profile, and click My Money. Update your agreement in the "My preapproved payments" section. We may change our membership fees at any time. Our charge for membership in the second and subsequent years may be different from the previous year's charge. This change will not affect members who are signed up to recurring membership payments. Q: What will the membership fee be next year? We want to incentivise members to connect and work together to help each other become Millionaires. Q: How does the voting work? Voting is to be conducted online and will be open for two months. You cannot vote for yourself and if you do not vote within this timeframe, you will forfeit your vote. Every member is entitled to ONE vote per year to elect ONE member they feel has helped them the most. This is designed to encourage members to network, connect and help each other. The more members that you can connect with, assist, support, do business with, share information, the more likely they will vote for you. Voting will begin 12 months after we have launched and we have secured ONE million members. If it takes longer than 12 months to secure ONE million members, the vote will be delayed until this has been achieved. Voting in subsequent years will follow the same format. Every member will state their case on their membership profile and blog by saying why they should receive your vote. It could be to promote a business idea or to showcase the great work you are currently doing. The more members you can connect with and share information, advice, support and resources the greater your chance of receiving their vote.

4 Once you become a Millionaire, you can no longer receive Votes. However you are still entitled to ONE vote per year. By working together and helping each other we can create a global online network of ONE million Millionaires. Q: Will it work for me? Please note that the membership fee will increase as less memberships are available. This is to reward members for joining early. We will be creating a waiting list for people who were unsuccessful in joining. They will be offered a membership position only if a member cancels or does not renew their membership.

5 Q: What happens to all the money? The Millionaires Network is a business entity. We provide membership services in return for a yearly subscription fee. As with any business entity we have business costs and expenses in order to provide these services including intellectual property and ongoing support. Q: Why is their a maximum of one million members? Our mission is to create a global online network of ONE million Millionaires. Q: What happens when I am awarded the 1,000,000.00? You will be notified by and phone. Your name will also be posted on the blog. We will either present you with a cheque in person or pay the amount into your nominated bank account. You will be responsible for paying any taxes or fees in your respective country. You are also expected to remain a lifetime paid member. This will be a fixed membership fee based on your current year. You can no longer receive votes; however you are still entitled to ONE vote each year. Now that you have become a Millionaire you now continue helping other members become Millionaires. Q: Why is the membership fee is GBP currency? If the currency was USD, members living in the UK would not receive one million dollars. So the GBP was chosen to ensure that every member would receive at least one million dollars. Q: Do you have to be a Millionaire to join? No. We are a private online network for business owners and entrepreneurs who want to be Millionaires by working together to help each other. Q: What makes your network different from LinkedIn or Facebook? Firstly, we are a private network so any communication, deals, JV's, business, promotions etc are for members only and are not available to the general public. Secondly, I have used a lot of networks that are currently out there and have found limited results. I joined LinkedIn to grow my businesses. However being a professional network it seems more like a place to be head hunted and offered jobs or people looking for work. I am not complaining because it s free. We are a business network for business owners and entrepreneurs. Thirdly, our niche; are people who want to become Millionaires. They are liked minded in their aspirations. Finally, everyone who joins buys into our vision of creating a global online network of ONE million Millionaires. Every member wants to work together to help each other. We incentivise this and encourage our members to connect, work and support each other by offering the voting. So you can vote for the one member who you feel has added the most value to you.

6 Q: A member joins the Network are they expected to receive reasonable advice on becoming a millionaire? I upgraded my LinkedIn account from free to an Executive Account for a little under $80 per month and my expectations have not been met. I signed up with our local Chamber of Commerce $400+GST for the year again my expectations have not been met. Will I be renewing my subscriptions for these networks? Probably not. Does it mean they don't work? No, they just don't work for me. How many businesses have tried Facebook advertising and spent $1000s every month to find their expectations are not met? The Millionaires Network is not about giving people reasonable advice on becoming a Millionaire. It is a private business network for business owners and entrepreneurs who want to network and help each other become Millionaires. Many of the member's are successful business owners wanting to connect with liked minded people to take their business off shore. Other member's have a great idea and are looking for people to work with on the project. Then there are members who are working full time and want to make the leap of faith to start their own business. The point I am trying to make is many members will become Millionaires in their own right. They have the product / service and are just looking for that break through for their business or idea. We create a positive and supportive environment to foster and clear the way for these people. "When you surround yourself with successful people, you attract success to yourself". I am a true believer of this, the law of attraction. At the end of the day it costs 2.99 for 12 months membership and for me it s a no brainer. Q: Why did you setup The Millionaires Network? You name the Network, I have joined it. Apart from Women Only networks, I tried but was declined. I just couldn't find the right environment to grow my business. Yes, I have limited success with them but for the amount of money it costs and the time you put in, the benefits did not outweigh the costs. What ever is out there is not working. I have my goals and that is to provide opportunities. I have family and friends in the same situation I see light for them because of what I have. Once there, I will be in a better position to put in place systems to help them, so being part of something like The Millionaires Network is for me to help more people across the world. When you put something out there which is new and challenges the status quo you expect criticism and I use this to make what I have created better. I am an entrepreneur and a leader, this is what I do, I look for opportunities to grow, to be better than I am now; I am a life long learner. Granted this is no easy feet to create Millionaires, but I am willing and committed to achieve it. I don't do easy; I welcome challenges and take them head on. Many of the world s successes have been achieved this way, through self determination to succeed when everything is against you.
