Ensure that all documentation, including statistical data and reporting information required by SRH, is accurate and completed in a professional and timely manner Participate in policy development by regular attendance at staff meetings Assist in the evaluation of clients care and update care plans under supervision of the relevant clinician Assist Allied Health Receptionist as required Provide Allied Health Reception relief as required Provide administrative support as required by Allied Health staff. Participate in patient management Assist with allied health assessments and provide treatment for Nursing Home Residents Adhere to Infection Control protocols Maintain, clean and tidy designated equipment and equipment storage areas to support the supervising clinician in providing clinical care Home delivery, fit and trial of equipment as prescribed by the supervising clinician Provision of aids and education in their use to walk-in clients, e.g. crutches, over toilet frames Management of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy equipment, including recording of hire / loan details, tracking of equipment, and follow-up of unreturned equipment Ensure adequate supply of mobility equipment on the ward for weekend use Maintain adequate stock of consumables across disciplines, responsibilities as allocated. This includes ordering of supplies Provide Outreach Service support as required.
