THE POST HOLDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1) Undertaking user and system administration (e.g. amending and updating lists of values, user account management, amending file maintenance details) 2) Providing first line support for the Oracle ERP system and associated systems 3) Maintaining the document repository of administration procedures, processes and similar documentation for the Oracle ERP system. Be responsible for creating electronic copies of paper documents and make electronic the document repository of administration procedures, processes and similar documentation 4) Providing advice/guidance and support to staff as required on the use of Oracle ERP 5) Diagnosing an resolving Oracle ERP user administration problems and faults 6) Operating processes to monitor and audit user access 7) Operating processes to monitor and audit procurement authorisation limits in Oracle ERP 8) Contributing to and liaising with Super Users, ICT staff and ICT Support company staff on the use of Oracle ERP and its supporting
processes 9) Supporting the Super User group, scheduling, advising and assisting with agenda planning for solution related meetings and provide action logging support as required 10) Liaising with the Oracle Solution Analyst, Oracle Solution Manager, staff from the Council s ICT support company and Super Users regarding problems with the Oracle ERP and assist with research and problem resolution 11) Assist the Oracle Solution Analyst with monitoring and coordination and resolution of Incident calls 12) To monitor system activity, workflow and system requests, initiating corrective actions 13) Develop minor configuration changes and prepare release notes 14) Assist in the production of reports from the Oracle ERP 15) Support and undertake system testing activities 16) Assist the Oracle Solution Analyst with the development and maintenance of the team StaffNet pages and content 17) Develop and maintain training materials 18) Develop and maintain organisation charts using OrgPlus.
