What is Temporary Work? Flexible employment solutions: 3 Partners Temporary Work Agency Temporary Worker Temporary User Undertaken (User Company) Temporary work or temporary employment refers to a situation where Adecco hires and than delegates the employee/s to the job positions of another company ( client user undertaken) within a certain period of time. Temporary employee works under client s supervision. Temporary workers may work full-time or part-time, depending on the individual case. Slide 4
