FAST PACK SPECIFICATION DESCRIPTION FAST FLEXIBLE FOLDING DOORS Upper cross member carrying the roller, made of prepainted galvanised steel sheet and with a shape and size capable to host supporting and fixing plates with flanged bearing, shaft and motoreducer. Wrapping roller consists of a ribbed shaft provided with special drums which guarantee a smooth wrapping of the belts during lifting phase, supported by ball bearings duly fixed with bolts to the clamps of the cross member. Modular side jambs in galvanised steel sheet, are used as C sliding guides provided with co-extrusion seals which protect the fabric against wear. against pre-painted casings in purposely made to create space to pass the wires and/or emergency counterweights. The covering (capacity: 85Kg/mq) especially designed by KOPRON is in one whole piece and consists of a double layer PVC fabric, robust and anti-tear PANAMA type. Class II fire resistant, this fabric is provided with special pockets which contain horizontal reinforcing bars with antinoise plugs. Transparent vision panels, called line vision or maxi vision with a thickness of 1mm can be inserted. You can also have a bottom profile in alluminium with a double lip gasket which can host safety edges. The lifting of the cover can be done by means of belts connected to the first reinforcing bar at the bottom with special adjustable joints exclusively produced by KOPRON. Motoreducer for frequent use (opening/closing speed : up to 1/ms) fastened directly to the shaft consisting of: 380 volts electric motor with brakes and special encoder limit switch, coupled with a reducer through worm gears with permanent lubrication and emergency handle block. Electronic encoder limit switch with digital adjustment directly on the control panel. EC standard control panel with a multilingual display, with an opening door and complete with up-stop-down push-button. You can connect all sorts of controls like safety devices, lights, automatic closing, partial opening, damage signalling and cycle counting with block for assistance and maintenance.. Couple adjustable infrared photocells. A 500mm led flashing light according to KOPRON special design. Inside you can insert windows or transparent CRISTAL bands, anti UV and 1mm thick called Line vision and Maxi vision with a flexible bottom profile with a cloth pocket Self-repairing: The Polizene guides allow a perfect sliding of the Zips, in case of accidental clash the polizene covering disengages the Zip and after a complete opening cycle it automatically gets back into the guides and to normal performance.
