2 Logiss belt conveyors are latest. The mechanical design updated in 2006, was aimed to simplify the most important parts, introducing the concept of extreme modularity. All models work with motor drums. Belt conveyors has same dimensions for width and lenght of roller conveyors, using the same components like lateral profiles, crossbars and support legs. These common parts can interlink roller and belt conveyor as needed, inserting machines and creating a perfect continuous and uninterrupted viewing of the entire handling line. All conveyors are equipped with trapezoidal section both on the runway line than on motor drums to house belt guide for belt conveyors. This prevents skidding of the belts and the use of frequent adjustments of centering as in traditional belt conveyors.

5 Orthogonal Sorter Logiss belt conveyors can be integrated with orthogonal or lateral sorting systems. In these applications the used belt is of low coefficient of friction type. The trapezoidal belts welded in the inferior side of the belt, housed in the apposite shaped channel on the runway plan, avoid the lateral slip of the belt. Sorter can work on one side or on both side of the central conveyor.

The general features are the same of the motorized roller conveyor with the difference that the movement has been transmitted from a couple of tangential belts. The standard length is 1.500mm. Packages although located at the side passing on this conveyor move automatically in the center. The machine finds its use and main location before of automatic sealing or strapping machines included in packaging lines or before automatic elevators and in all application where you need the package carried in a central position.
