September 24, 2015 On behalf of the Board of Directors and staff of Tee It Up for the Troops, we would like to invite you and your organization to join us for our 5 th annual REUNION event. In 2012, Tee It Up for the Troops launched a new outreach initiative entitled Reunion. The concept of this unique program is to reunite wounded, ill or injured service members who had been separated due to battlefield injuries, changes in rehabilitation status, or for other reasons beyond their control. The objective is that through these reunions, participating veterans can dramatically enhance their transition process into productive and fulfilling civilian lifestyles. Hosted in a secure and supportive environment, and staged around the rehabilitative aspects of the game of golf, participants at Reunion can not only reconnect with those who are most trusted, but also develop new relationships and support networks to help them heal, transition, grow, and thrive. Throughout Reunion, these combat altered veterans and our sponsors enjoy therapeutic time on the golf course and the warriors also participate in a variety of helpful breakout sessions to support a healthy lifestyle. Reunion Resort in Orlando, Florida, offers the perfect setting to reunite these combat wounded veterans and their caregivers. And it is through the participation and support of sponsors and private parties who come together with us to support this event that this continued healing can still be possible. Thus, we invite you to join us in support of our Tee It Up for the Troops Reunion event coming up on January 7-10 in Orlando.
