HOW TO ACCESS ACCOUNT ACCESS To access Account Access, log into AgriPoint and select Account Access in the Tools navigation. HOME PAGE The Home Page displays each of your accounts in the Account Overview. The names of your accounts, current principal and interest balances are also included. A menu bar allows you to navigate to additional functionality within Account Access, including Accounts, Transactions, Services, Preferences, and Sign Off. To return to the Home Page from any other page, click Home in the upper right corner of the screen. ACCOUNTS From the Accounts Menu you can return to the Accounts Overview screen by clicking Overview. History shows you full details of the account as well as a list of recent transactions. Selecting Statements allows you to view, print, and download account activity and billing statements. 3

ACCOUNT OVERVIEW View all of your account balances and summary information in one place on the Account Overview screen. Your accounts will be listed under the main headings of the account type. Double click on the specific account or click the lightning bolt to view additional account details, history or more. All pending transactions are indicated in red. ACCOUNT HISTORY Account History displays account details and transaction history for each account. History includes the most recent transactions from the past two years. Transactions are color coded; red for debits and green for credits. Click on the magnifying glass next to posted drafts to view an image of the draft. Change the history display to view a different loan by selecting the loan from the account dropdown box and clicking submit. 4

ONLINE ACTIVITY Online Activity displays the activity processed through our online banking functionality. Each transaction line in Online Activity excluding the Payment to Loan and Internal Transfer transactions includes a tracking ID, description, amount, account, date, details, and the user that created the transaction. 5

Additional details are available by double-clicking on the transaction or by selecting the transaction then selecting View the selected transaction from the drop-down box and clicking Submit. The transaction details page gives you more information on the transaction than what is available in the Online Activity view. STATEMENTS Online Statements, located under the Accounts main menu, allows you to view, print and download your account activity and billing statements. Choose the account, statement year and cycle date. Then click View Statement. 6

TRANSACTIONS From the Transactions menu, you can perform several online banking functions such as making an Internal Transfer, setting up a Bill Payment, and initiating an ACH. INTERNAL TRANSFERS The Internal Transfer screen, located under the Transactions main menu, allows you to transfer funds quickly and easily between two of your Farm Credit loans. Funds can be transferred from your revolving loan to any other loan and can be initiated one time or set up on a recurring basis. To transfer funds between Farm Credit accounts, follow these steps: 1. Choose the online account that the funds will be advanced from. 2. Choose the online account that the funds will be transferred to. 3. Choose the Payment Type: Exact Billed Amount Indicates that you wish to make your billed installment. Other Amount Indicates that you wish to make a non-regular payment or pre-pay your next billed installment. 4. Choose How to Apply. If you chose the Other Amount Payment Type option, you must indicate how you want the payment applied to your loan: Special Interest Payment Indicates that you wish to make an interest payment. Next Due Interest Payment Indicates that you wish to pre-pay all or a portion of your interest for your next billed installment (limitations exist on the amount of prepayments that are allowed on your account). Special Principal Payment Indicates that you wish to make a special principal payment. Choosing this option does not affect your subsequent billed installments. Next Due Principal Payment Indicates that you wish to pre-pay all or a portion of your principal for your next billed installment (limitations exist on the amount of prepayments that are allowed on your account). 5. Choose the appropriate Effective Date. Transfers initiated after the 3:00 pm cut-off time will be processed on the next business day. You will be prompted to select a valid processing date. 6. Choose the appropriate Amount. Note: If the Exact Billed Amount Payment Type is chosen, then the amount automatically populates with the appropriate billed amount. 7. Choose the appropriate Frequency. 8. Choose an End Date (optional, mostly used with recurring transfers). 7

Click Continue to accept the details of the Internal Transfer. Choose OK to continue with the transaction or Cancel to terminate the transfer. 9. Pending Transfers will display in a grid at the bottom of the screen. 10. Transfers can be deleted prior to the processing date by highlighting the transfer and clicking Delete. Note: Changes or edits to a transfer must be made by deleting the original transfer and creating a new transfer. MULTIPLE DRAFT IMAGES Multiple Draft Images is an option under Transactions that allows you to pull a report with your operating loan s draft images. You can set different criteria for the search and output views of the draft images selected. Click Get Report and a new window will open with all of your draft images based on the search. You can save or print the draft images; you may also export the images as an Adobe pdf. 8

BILL PAYMENT The Bill Payment screen, under the Transactions main menu option, allows you to use funds from your Farm Credit revolving loan to pay your bills. Bill Payment lets you add and save new payees, set up reminders and schedule payments. To request a stop payment on a bill pay transaction, contact your retail office. To enroll in Bill Payment, select the account you will use to pay the bill. Check the box I agree and wish to enroll and then click Enroll. 9

To add a new payee, type the name of the person or business into the space provided and click Add. Enter the bill amount, the date you wish to pay it, and click Pay. Bill Payments not yet paid can be found under Pending Payments. Bill payment is a free service through Account Access. If you need to process a stop payment on a bill payment transaction, the fee is $20 per stop payment. Farm Credit charges fees for transactions in Account Access each month as advances on your line of credit account. Farm Credit reserves the right to change fees or institute new fees at any time. RECURRING TRANSACTIONS The Recurring Transactions list shows the recurring payments that were set up for advancing funds from a revolving line of credit via ACH or Wire Transfer. To highlight a transaction and view, approve, or cancel the transaction by using the action buttons in the header bar. Click Submit to process the action. Use the Group By dropdown to view recurring transactions by account, status, type or user. MANAGE ACH / WIRE RECIPIENTS The Manage Recipients page allows you to add new recipients and edit or delete existing ones. Once you have entered a recipient, you can also add one or more payment templates for later use. To add a 10

recipient, enter their information in the fields provided. Click Submit when finished. You may also create payment templates customized for each recipient by clicking Add Payment. Edit existing templates by clicking the magnifying glass icon or double-click on the template row. Note: If you only add the recipient information and no payment template, the drop down on the Advance from Loan will not have the template information stored. You must click Add Payment and add the template information in order to see the account information in the drop down. To delete a recipient and/or payment template, highlight the row and click the red X to delete. ADVANCE FROM LOAN The ACH Advance from Loan screen, under the Transactions main menu option, allows you to move funds from your Farm Credit revolving loan to a checking or savings account. Funds are transferred via ACH and can be initiated one time or set up on a recurring basis. You may fill out the recipient information manually, but use the Manage Recipients menu option to save the required information and use the payment template for future use. 11

Note: For the ACH Format options, select PPD to transfer funds to an individual and CCD to transfer funds to a company. To change the Payment Frequency, expand the window by clicking the window icon in the header. This will drop the window open for you to make additional selections for payment frequency. Once you have entered your recipient and payment information, click Continue. This will take you to a confirmation screen where you can Approve, Draft, or Cancel the payment. Selecting Draft will put the payment in a saved status. Use the checkbox at the bottom of the screen if you wish to set up another payment. 12

PAYMENT TO LOAN The Payment to Loan page, under the Transaction main menu, allows you to easily move funds from a checking or savings account to your Farm Credit loan. The funds are transferred via an ACH transaction. The transfer can be initiated one-time or on a recurring basis. To add an account from which to transfer, click the Manage Bank Accounts button.
